XY OU Taking any criticism on my team

I've never really had a team that I use a lot because I'm always experimenting with different pokemon. But, I would like some advice on what I could add or take away to make this team better. Any help is appreciated!

Infernape - Choice Band - Flare Blitz, Close Combat, U-turn, Thunder Punch
Breloom - Focus Sash - Swords Dance, Mach Punch, Bullet Seed, Spore
Dragonite - Lum Berry - Putrage, Extreme Speed, Thunder Punch, Aqua Tail
Thundurus - Sitrus Berry - Thunder Wave, Thunder, Hidden Power, Taunt
Gliscor - Leftovers - Roost, Stealth Rock, Taunt, EQ
Starmie - Assault Vest - Hydro Pump, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Rapid Spin
