Here, Nidorina is basically the same as its prevo. However, since the changes are more drastic you will be able to pick between which Nidorina you want. The smaller sizes are more for LO sets while the larger sizes are more for AV sets. However, if you dont want to sacrifice to much special defense/speed then pick Average/Large, but if you dont mind having low special defense/speed then pick Small/Huge

Nidoqueen is very different across all of its different sizes. Small is a pretty fast but a quite frail pokemon on the special side and is meant for people who want a Nidoqueen who is fast and dont mind that its somewhat frail on the special side. Average is pretty much what you would except and is for people who want a semi fast Nidoqueen but dont want it to be to frail on the special side. Large is a moderately specially bulky pokemon who is kinda slow and is for people who want a specially bulky Nidoqueen and dont want it to be too slow. Super is a very specially bulky pokemon who is really slow and is for people who want a quite specially bulky Nidoqueen and don't care if it is slow. The HP is for people running LO sets

Eelektross line has a lot of locked stats, which means there’s not really a lot of options. Coil users would prefer the Small size for its greater physical bulk, mixed attackers would go for either Average or Large size, and Super sizes are for sets like Choice Specs.

The diferences between Small and Super is that Small is more physical bulky and Super is more special bulky. This allows Zweilous to work as a tank acording to your needs.

Small Slowbro are less passive than their bigger cousins, this is because they have to try harder in order to get their food as their larger competition. They have to act more aggressively toward them in order to snatch those sweet magikarp and feebas from their slow jaws and in turn have had less time to develop their minds. this lets them become better mixed attackers by abusing their actually expansive physical movepool (He's got EQ, Drain Punch, Avalanche, etc...)

Large Slowbro is admittedly a step towards Super Size but sadly, with only 3 stats to switch around there was nothing I could do to prevent it. Super Slowbro becomes a very good tank with an slightly improved special bulk with great Special Attack. I had planned to have it's stats become 110/110 Def/SpD but that would cause their defenses to become 95/110/100 which when compared to Slowking's 95/100/110 it's too similar for my taste so I decided to switch the bigger boost towards Special Attack. Slowbro also becomes a much more dangerous Assault Vest and Choice Specs user.

Since Castform is based off of a cloud and has all equal stats, he's one of the few Pokemon that can have a boost in speed and special attack in Super form and make sense. The bigger the cloud, the faster the wind moves it and the more rain it produces.

Castform:

Make sure you follow the outline given in the OP. One stat should raise by 5 each time, one should raise by 10, and another should decrease by 15. I think all you need to do is combine the Defense and Special Defense into one stat.
