Nope, I agree with waterwarrior! I will write codifications for future matches on what to do in the event of a tie. But for now, the score should indicate 1 - 1 - 1, as this last match-up was a tie. Use your discretion for who should send out first. Coin flip would probably be most fair, but it's your call as referee.
