Sun Support Cress

Cresselia @ Heat Rock / Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 156 Def / 104 SpA
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe
- Sunny Day
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Lunar Dance / Psyshock
- Moonlight

Cresselia was popular on Sun teams last gen thanks to its fantastic bulk and Moonlight which allows it to act like a sleepless Rest in the Sun, but since the weather abilities were nerfed in XY, it fell off pretty badly. But I've decided to try this out, and it's pretty decent. Rain isn't as common as you'd think, so it was rare I wouldn't be able to get up my Sun and generally be annoying with the healing and such. SpA evs are for 2HKOing Doublade and Escavalier in the sun with HP Fire, 248 for taking less damage from SR, and rest is dumped into Def. I guess you can run 168 HP, 236 Def, and 104+ SpA if you seriously need to beat Escavalier 1v1 and live one Megahorn after rocks, but that takes away from overall bulk and Escav is pretty uncommon right now tmi.

Very simple set. Cresselia, being a Psychic-type, has a habit of drawing in Knock Off users and Ghost-types. With this set, if they try to hit you with their STAB move, you just get a boost from Weakness Policy, and a chance to set up Trick Room and go for a sweep. 248 HP minimizes Stealth Rock damage, 252 SpA and a Quiet nature maximize damage output, and the remaining 8 EVs go into Defense to lower Knock Off damage as much as possible. Psyshock is your STAB, Energy Ball hits Alomomola and Rhyperior, and Shadow Ball / Hidden Power Fire both nail Doublade. Shadow Ball always OHKOs 212 HP Doublade, while Hidden Power Fire hits every other Steel-type and still gives you something to hit Drapion and Skuntank neutrally. 0 Atk EVs minimize Foul Play damage, and 0 Spe EVs with Quiet nature minimize speed for Trick Room use. You can use Moonlight instead if you want sustain; if you do, use a Modest nature and 30 Spe IVs.

Cresselia (F) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 16 HP / 252 SpA / 240 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Future Sight
- Moonblast / Energy Ball / Psychic
- HP Fire
- Trick

This is a way more aggressive view of Cresselia that takes advantage of its quite exploitable 75 Special Attack stat and fairly good offensive movepool. Future Sight is this set's main toy giving a pretty interesting support if paired with specific sweepers, mostly thanks to its ability to wreck common walls, Qwilfish, Alomomola, Aromatisse and even Doublade. Though it's obviously not the best user of it due to lack of power, (outclassed by Slowking and Reuniclus) but at least it's not easily worn down by any Pursuit user thanks to its huge defenses, that being said they all are 2HKOd by a powerful Choice Specs-boosted Moonblast. Cresselia's high speed is a noticable niche, with my spread it outspeeds and OHKOs with Moonblast both Jolly Tyrantrum and neutral nature Shiftry. HP Fire is purely just coverage that can bypass steel-types. However, Trick is a funny tool too, since it prevents the likes of SD Drapion from sweeping your team, and might also leaves them become themselves set-up baits later in the battle.

Choice SPecs dont boost Future Sight, PS is wrong sadly.

I swear i always come up with these innovative sets when i'm pooping lol.

"Reuniclus" (Cresselia) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 56 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Toxic / Calm Mind
- Skill Swap
- Moonblast
- Moonlight

This set aims to beat the bane of stall CM Reuniclus. Basically you toxic it like a fool, (at that point opponent will probably think you are garbage and start underestimating you) spam moonblast or moonlight if you get worn down, (30% spa attack drop chance may also help you survive hits easier) reveal skill swap after Reuniclus stays in more than 16 turns; boom toxic will insta KO it. Or you can move toxic to something like Medicham (any fighting type that can lure Reuniclus works) and give it CM of your own. Not only you boost along side it but also steal magic guard and become a faster and bulkier Reuniclus.

+6 0 SpA Reuniclus Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 200 Def Cresselia: 150-177 (33.7 - 39.8%) -- 32.8% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
+6 0 SpA Reuniclus Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 56+ SpD Cresselia: 144-170 (32.4 - 38.2%) -- 2.1% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

(If it turns out to be shadow ball>focus blast just click x)

? Choice Specs boosts special attack by 50% and Future Sight damage is calculated off of the user's special attack, so I don't see a reason it doesn't boost the damage.
Drama happened in SPL and Vince tested it and confirmed it doesnt happen unless the user in when the damage happens is specs
