*Stratagem (TBD) Male*
Nature:
Modest
Type:
Rock: STAB; Adds an additional level of Priority (+0 to +1, +3 to +4 etc.) on naturally occurring level-up, egg, tutor, or TM attacks that increase only defense, special defense, or prevent damage (Full list: Acid Armor, Amnesia, Barrier, Defense Curl, Detect, Quick Guard, Harden, Iron Defense, Light Screen, Protect, Reflect, Skull Bash, Stockpile, Wide Guard, Withdraw). Reduced damage from all special attacks by two (2) Base Attack Power during Sandstorm, immune to Sandstorm damage. Ignores Arena restrictions on Rock attacks requiring an external rock source.

Abilities:
Levitate:
Type: Passive
This Pokemon naturally floats above the earth when released or easily takes flight, evading the Ground moves Bulldoze, Earthquake, Fissure, and Magnitude. Earth Power will have three (3) less Base Attack Power. Dig and Dive can strike a Levitating Pokemon if their user is over Size Class 4, has Levitate, is 3.5m or larger, or is a Flying-type. Otherwise Dig and Dive will miss. Ground moves can still hit.
Technician:
Type: Passive
This Pokemon is more skilled at performing weaker moves, causing any of their one-hit or two-hit attacks that normally have 6 or less Base Attack Power to have their Base Attack Power on each hit multiplied by 1.5. (e.g. Aerial Ace goes from 6 to 9, Mach Punch goes from 4 to 6, Double Hit to from 4 per hit to 6 per hit etc.) The Energy Cost for a one-hit or two-hit attack that has its BAP increased by Technician is increased by one (1). Each hit in a multi-hit move is boosted by one (1) Base Attack Power, and the Energy Cost for multi-hit attacks is increased by two (2). Because Technician is a multiplier on single hit moves, its effect is applied to Base Attack Power before any additive effects. Technician only applies to combos in the rare case that an initial hit will have 6 or less BAP.
Mold Breaker (DW):
Type: Passive
Whenever this Pokemon attacks, it emits an invisible, blindingly quick pulse preceding the attack that disables the opponents natural abilities. (e.g. Levitators plummet towards the ground before Earthquake hits, etc.) Attacks are still redirected by Lightningrod/Storm Drain, but damage is dealt normally. Status-immunity abilities such as Limber will remove their relevant status at the start of the victim's next action.

This is an approval post, please don't edit your claims above. EDIT:

Frosty: You now have 61 UC. APPROVED.
YellowAdminSilver: You better spend your KOC as soon as possible. Anyway, APPROVED.

2 claims approved puts my subtotal at 3. Then a pair of tournament reffings, a training match with Gem, and a LLAMA lost gives me 22 UC, 15 UC, 3 CC, and 3 CC, stockpiling to 6 CC and 165 UC.

Jet the Ninjask, now fully evolved, has 3 MC to be spent learning Baton Pass, Fury Cutter, and Mind Reader (3 level-up moves).
Happy the Salamence, now also fully evolved, has 4 MC (1 from KOC) to be spent learning Outrage (ORAS Tutor) and Sunny Day (ORAS TM).

Salamence - Happy (M)

What is there to say about Happy, besides his namesake? When Natsu found the egg, he's very excited to have a younger brother who'd also be a Dragon. And so he went to great pains to help it hatch - asking Elfman to warm it up, sleeping with it every night, hugging it as everybody travel. It took a week for Natsu's wishes to come true, and Happy has been sticking around Natsu ever since. Even though Happy have no wishes to evolve, he would still stand up for Natsu (who's much stronger than him), simply because they're great partners. Happy is also the only one whom Natsu wouldn't pick a brawl with - which says a lot about their camaraderie.

With Zheng's retreat, Happy decided that he can't just rely on Natsu to protect him - he wants to be Natsu's comrade in battle. And to do that, he has to train evolve. He started by facing cooked fishes and refused to eat them, then eating only the bones and the scales. All those calcium and minerals actually helped him to grow that rigid exterior around his body, going so far as to cover his mouth so that he can barely eat. Still, he trained......

..... Until one day he broke out of the shell in another evolution. Then ate so much fish because he's hungry. And he still was - until Tanner bough a Salamencite to sate his energy hunger. Turns out, evolving while being hungry is not a good thing for Pokemon's, because that deprivation will haunt the rest of the evolution.

Nature: Mild (+1 Spa, -1 Def)

Type:
Dragon Type: Dragon STAB; -1 BAP on incoming neutral attacks Dragon itself would resist (e.g. -1 BAP on Thunderbolt against Salamence.) Unable to have Thrash or Outrage disrupted by oncoming damage.

Flying Type: Flying STAB; immunity to Ground attacks and the Arena Trap Ability except under the effects of Smack Down and Gravity, even for ground-based flying Pokemon. Will always hit foes with Dig (except other Flying types) and Dive. Cannot be hit by Dive unless the attacking Pokemon has a size class greater than four (4). Unaffected by Spikes or Toxic Spikes. when switching in. Able to hit Pokemon in the evasive stage of Bounce, Fly or Sky Drop with single target moves that hit Pokemon on the field regardless of position.

Abilities:
Ability 1: Intimidate
Type: Trigger
When Happy initially goes out into the battlefield, his intimidating appearance shakes all opponents on the battlefield, reducing their Attack stage by one (1). The attack drop is maintained at the end of each round. If an opponent switches in a new Pokemon, Intimidate can be activated again as a Command, and will affect all opponents.
Command: Activate Intimidate - 5 En - Lowers all foes' Attack by one (1) stage. Only usable if a foe entered play this round.
Ability 2: Moxie (Unlocked)
Type: Passive
Happy gets excited after it earns a KO on an opposing Pokemon, increasing its attack by one (1) stage. This boost is maintained at the end of each round.

Ability 3: Aerilate
By default, Happy's Normal-type moves are Flying-type moves, and have an additional two (2) BAP boost. When toggled, Happy's Normal-type attacks have been energized to increase BAP by two (2). Only Normal-typed moves changed by Aerilate receive this boost, and not all Flying-type moves. If a Pokemon has been skill-swapped multiple abilities that change Normal-type attacks, the attacks become dual-typed, but the BAP boosts of the abilities do not stack.

Jet - Ninjask (M)

His dream is to be fast. He became friends with everyone faster than Laxus, but he always felt... vulnerable. Hence the dream. He wanted to be fast, so that if trouble comes, it'll never catch him. So that when enemies come, they'll never know what hit them. So that when sorrow comes, he'll be long gone.

But for Levy, and for Droy, he'll slow down. Because he found that one thing he'll give up speed for - a team. And because of that, he learned to control his speed. Because some times, for friends to catch up with you, you'll have to move faster than ever before.

Nature: Adamant (+Atk; -SpA)

Abilities:
Ability 1: Speed Boost
Type: Passive
Jet increases his speed as the battle progresses, boosting it one (1) stage at the end of each round at the cost of 2% of their energy. This overrides the normal drop in stats that occurs at the end of each round (stats other than Speed are still affected).

Ability 2: Infiltrator (Unlocked)

Grimer stockpiles its rewards. Grimer evolves. Muk spends 3 MC plus 1 KOC to learn Payback (XY/ORAS TM) and Infestation. (XY/ORAS TM)

Master Belch (Muk) (M)
Nature: Quiet
Type: Poison

Poison (close)

Poison: Poison STAB; immunity to Poison/Toxic status. Absorb Toxic Spikes on switch-in unless Flying-typed or using the ability Levitate. -- Accuracy when using Toxic, Poison Gas, or Poison Powder, hitting even during Dig, Fly, etc. Ignore Fog's accuracy reduction. Store Command.

Store Command: For the next six (6) actions, this Pokemon's moves will have their poison / toxic effect chance double. Type Exclusive commands can only be used by Pokemon that are naturally that type, and are still available if the Pokemon changes type.

Command Type: Type Exclusive | Accuracy: -- | Energy Cost: 5 | Priority: 0 | CT: None

Abilities:

Stench:

Type:
Passive

This Pokemon has a foul odor that reeks into each of its attacks, causing all of them to have a 10% flinch rate. This applies to each hit of a multi-hit move

Sticky Hold:

Type: Passive

This Pokemon’s body is covered in a sticky substance that prevents item theft or swapping.

Pokemon with this ability: Shroomish, Breloom, Gliscor.

Poison Touch: (DW Unlocked)

Type: Toggle

By default, this Pokemon's body is covered with a film of poison. Whenever it hits an opponent with a contact attack, that opponent has a 30% chance of being Poisoned. When toggled, this Pokemon's natural toxins are more potent. As a result, all of this Pokemon's attacks that inflict regular poison will inflict Toxic poison instead (with the same chance of effect).

Need some new blood, so spending 6 CC to get these guys:

Eevee (Solyr)
Nature:
Bold
Type:
Normal: STAB; +1 BAP on attacks that match dominant arena type after 3 actions. Unable to have Thrash or Outrage disrupted by oncoming damage.

Abilities:
Run Away:
Type: Passive
This Pokemon is quick on its feet and will evade any field traps and hazards that would harm it (Spikes, Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes) in an arena. A Pokemon can still absorb Toxic Spikes if it has Run Away and is Poison-typed. Run Away does not allow the Pokemon to switch out of trapping moves or abilities, however it can escape other situational trapping strategies in battle.
Adaptability:
Type: Passive
The moves that match this Pokemon's type have their Base Attack Power increased by two (2).
Anticipation (DW):
Type: Passive
This Pokemon is better at sensing dangerous attacks, and reduced the Base Attack Power from super-effective attacks, Self-Destruct, and Explosion by two (2).

Nature:

Type:
Psychic: STAB; can lift and throw opponents with Psychic regardless of Special Attack Rank. Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.
Fairy: STAB: -1 EN on non-Fairy typed Nature, Sound, and Scent moves (Stacks with second STAB where applicable). (Nature Power, Natural Gift; Sound Moves; Aromatherapy, Odor Sleuth, Sweet Scent)

Abilities:
Soundproof:
Type: Passive
Pokemon with this ability emit their own powerful electrostatic or sound-dampening field, making them immune to sound-based moves other than an ally's or their own Heal Bell. (Known sound moves: Boomburst, Bug Buzz, Chatter, Disarming Voice, Echoed Voice, Grass Whistle, Growl, Heal Bell, Hyper Voice, Metal Sound, Perish Song, Relic Song, Roar, Round, Screech, Sing, Snarl, Snore, Supersonic, Uproar.)
Filter:
Type: Passive
This Pokemon has a special energy barrier that reduces the Base Attack Power of any opponent's super effective attack by two (2).

Technician (DW):

Flying: STAB: immunity to Ground attacks and the Arena Trap Ability except under the effects of Smack Down and Gravity, even for ground-based flying Pokemon.

Abilities:
Synchronize:
Type: Passive
Pokemon with this ability mentally link their condition to an opposing Pokemon and when inflicted by the major status ailments Burn, Poison, or Paralysis, will share their status condition with the opponent. Pokemon will not be inflicted by status conditions to which they are immune by virtue of typing, ability, etc.
Early Bird:
Type: Passive
This Pokemon is used to waking up at early hours or operating in low-light conditions and subsequently sleep status is automatically reduced by one intensity level when inflicted on this Pokemon. When the Pokemon uses Rest they will gain 18 HP per action and only be asleep for two actions.

Magic Bounce (DW):
Type: Passive
This Pokemon has a Psychic sense that allows it to ward off non-damaging attacks as soon as they are launched, directing them back at the user.

Found along Frogger in a cave near a spring, the two shiny water types had stolen some food from the group before being found.

With their hideout discovered, the two of them prepared for their last stand.

Dientes, being the brute force, took the front row and charged towards the enemies.
Even when working in tandem, they where no match for Gambo.

After being defeated, the water types were surprised to see that the trainer didn't finish them off: instead, he just took half of the provisions and left, leaving the other half for them.

Touched by tavok's actions, the two little guys decided to join him in his journey.

Dientes tends to be reckless, rushing into battle without thinking much about his acts. He likes fighting and eating. Which one he likes the most, who knows.

When he is with the group he likes going in training spars with the other bigger, older members, who take it easy on him for being so small and unexperienced.

He looks up to Gambo, wanting to someday be as tough as him. And eat as much as he does.

As a result, it feels it can weather every strike, and will not dodge an attack even if ordered to. Only when an OHKO move is issued by the opponent does the Pokemon sense return, and the Pokemon acts normally. Claiming 5 CC from this and thiiis, for a grand total of 12 CC.

Zelda the Vulpix (now Ninetales) gets 6MC/2KOC, which she spends on Heat Wave (Gen 6 Tutor), Toxic (Gen 6 TM), Dark Pulse (Gen 6 TM) and Hidden Power [Rock] (Gen 6 TM). Not sure at all if HP Rock/HP Ice, but at least I can change it later if I need to (I think)...

Nohr the Pancham gets 2EC/6MC/2AC/1KOC, which pushes her to 4EC/7MC/5AC after converting the KOC to MC. She spends the MC on the moves Vital Throw (Lv. 27), Parting Shot (Lv. 45), Sky Uppercut (Lv. 48), Zen Headbutt (Gen 6 Tutor) and Bulldoze (Gen 6 TM). She ends up at 4EC/0MC/5AC and unlocks her Hidden Ability, Scrappy.

Mzee [Turtwig] (F)

Mzee can trace her lineage back to the Ancient One herself, Mzee Hippofriend. When she was just hatched, Mzee the younger set out on a journey to make as many kinds of friends as possible to continue her ancestor's legacy. It might help if she weren't always so serious, though...

Type: Grass
  • Grass STAB; immunity to Leech Seed, Worry Seed, and all "Powder" based attacks (Poisonpowder, Powder, Rage Powder, Sleep Powder, Spore, Stun Spore). Unable to have Petal Dance disrupted by oncoming damage. Ignores Arena restrictions on Grass attacks requiring an external grass source. Bloom Command.
    • Bloom Command: For the next six (6) actions, this Pokemon's "Grass," "Powder," and "Seed" status-moves will have fifteen (15) added points to their Base Accuracy (e.g. Grass Whistle goes from 55 Base Acc to 70 Base Acc). Type Exclusive commands can only be used by Pokemon that are naturally that type, and are still available if the Pokemon changes type.
      Command Type: Type Exclusive | Accuracy: -- | Energy Cost: 5 | Priority: 0 | CT: None
Abilities:
Overgrow / Shell Armor (H)
  • When this Pokemon's HP is lower than 33% (flat), the Base Attack Power of any grass attack is increased by two (2). (eg Giga Drain goes from 8 to 10, Solar Beam from 12 to 14)

Jumbo [Protowatt] (M)

Despite his name, Jumbo was always small for his species. He does not appreciate the irony, or the sneaking suspicion that he was named after a food. This has caused him to be grumpy almost always, except to Mowtom, who stopped a group of other water-types from bullying him based on his name.

Types: Water / Electric
  • Water STAB; Ignores arena restrictions on Water attacks that require an external water source. Evasive Diving reduced from 6 per action Energy Cost to 5 per action.
  • Electric STAB; immune to paralysis status.
Abilities:
Trace / Magic Guard / Shed Skin (H)
  • When entering into battle, this Pokemon can copy an ability on one of its opponents for 6 EN. This effect only triggers if the ability to be copied is specified when the Pokemon is sent out. When facing a pokemon with Trace, the Player sending out last must send out the pokemon without orders, in order to give the opponent the opportunity to trigger trace and any orders eventually given will be ignored until given the opportunity for trace to be triggered. The ability remains on the Pokemon for six (6) actions. Wonder Guard cannot be Traced.
    • Command: Activate Trace (target ability) - 5 En - Replace Trace with the target Ability for six (6) actions. When the copied ability fades, the user regains Trace.
  • This Pokemon is infused with a powerful psycho-electric energy that makes it immune to damage from Spikes, Stealth Rock, Hail, Sandstorm, Leech Seed, Poisoning, Burn, and Partial Trapping moves. It can still attack itself in confusion, and will still take damage from it. Additionally, the energy protects the Pokemon from its own reckless recoil attacks. Toxic still increases in damage each round, although if Magic Guard is in effect the Pokemon will not suffer any damage. Life Orb recoil is negated.

Salamence [Gadzooks] (M)

Gadzooks only speaks in hrrrs, making him incredibly difficult to understand. Fortunately, he never goes anywhere without his notepad and pencil. Unfortunately, being made out of hardened clay, neither of them can actually be used for writing.

Types: Dragon / Flying
  • Dragon STAB; -1 BAP on incoming neutral attacks Dragon itself would resist (e.g. -1 BAP on Aqua Jet against Garchomp.) Unable to have Thrash or Outrage disrupted by oncoming damage.
  • Flying STAB; immunity to Ground attacks and the Arena Trap Ability except under the effects of Smack Down and Gravity, even for ground-based flying Pokemon.
Abilities:
Intimidate / Moxie (Unlocked)
  • When this Pokemon initially goes out into the battlefield, it generates an intimidating roar or war cry that shakes all opponents on the battlefield, reducing their Attack stage and their Natural Attack stage by one (1). If an opponent switches in a new Pokemon, Intimidate can be activated again as a Command, and will affect all opponents.
    • Command: Activate Intimidate - 5 En - Lowers all foes' Attack and Natural Attack by one (1) stage. Only usable if a foe entered play this round.
  • This Pokemon gets psyched after it earns a KO on an opposing Pokemon, increasing its Attack and its Natural Attack by one (1) stage.

Mega Salamence [Gadzooks] (M)

What is this doing here? Gadzooks can't Mega Evolve...

Abilities:
Intimidate / Moxie / Aerilate
  • By default, this Pokemon's Normal-type moves are Flying-type moves, and have an additional two (2) BAP boost. When toggled, this Pokemon's Normal-type attacks have their BAP increased by two (2). Only Normal-typed moves changed by Aerilate receive this boost, and not all Flying-type moves. If a Pokemon has been skill-swapped multiple abilities that change Normal-type attacks, the attacks become dual-typed, but the BAP boosts of the abilities do not stack.

Nidoking [Pink] (M)

Pink seems to have some powers over reality. Mowtom has never really been clear on what the nature of those powers is, how they work, or why Pink isn't a Psychic-type. Pink has never answered these questions, mostly because he thrives on being as annoying to as many people as possible. He does react strangely to the name "Charlie" though.

Types: Poison / Ground
  • Poison STAB; immunity to Poison/Toxic status.
    • Store Command: For the next six (6) actions, this Pokemon's moves will have their poison / toxic effect chance double.
      Command Type: Type Exclusive | Accuracy: -- | Energy Cost: 5 | Priority: 0 | CT: None
  • Ground STAB; immune to Sandstorm. Ignores Arena restrictions on Dig and Seismic Attacks for Arenas in which any land mass exists, Evasive Digging reduced from 6 per action Energy Cost to 5 per action.
Abilities:
Poison Point / Rivalry / Sheer Force (Unlocked)
  • By default, this Pokemon's spikes/quills/thorns are coated in poison, and there is a 30% chance of poisoning any foe that uses a contact attack on this Pokemon. When toggled, this Pokemon's natural toxins are more potent. As a result, all of this Pokemon's attacks that inflict regular poison will inflict Toxic poison instead (with the same chance of effect). If Poison Point is toggled and Poison Touch is on its default effect, the Pokemon's contact attacks will inflict Toxic Poison.
  • This Pokemon has a primal response to competition and mating, increasing the Base Attack Power of all its attacks by two (2) when it attacks an opponent of the same gender, and decreasing the power of all its attacks by two (2) when it attacks an opponent of the opposite gender.
  • At default this Pokemon can energize all its attacks with a secondary effect (These are damaging moves that either lower the target's stats, raise the user's stats, or inflict a status condition on the target). The Base Attack Power of every move with a secondary effect increases by two (2), but they will never have their usual secondary effect. When toggled, no effect.
