Clefable @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 30 SpA / 30 SpD
- Moonblast
- Focus Blast
- Fire Blast
- Psychic

+1 0 SpA Mega Sableye Shadow Ball vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Clefable: 124-147 (37.4 - 44.4%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
0 SpA Mega Sableye Shadow Ball vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Clefable: 84-99 (25.3 - 29.9%) -- guaranteed 4HKO
252+ SpA Life Orb Clefable Moonblast vs. +1 252 HP / 4 SpD Mega Sableye: 213-252 (70 - 82.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Even at +1 Mega Sableye is only able to 3HKO Clefable, who can switch in and outspeed it to 2HKO cleanly with Moonblast.

Jiggly's Bae (Victini) @ Choice Band
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- V-create
- Bolt Strike
- Zen Headbutt
- Brick Break

Victini resists every move on the set and easily OHKOes Clefable with V-create.

252+ SpA Life Orb Clefable Moonblast vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Victini: 90-105 (26.3 - 30.7%) -- guaranteed 4HKO

Chompy wishes he could fly, but at least he can still stop a Glaciate-less Victini.

I Can't Fly (Garchomp) @ Life Orb
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Outrage
- Stone Edge
- Fire Blast

252+ Atk Choice Band Victini V-create vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Garchomp: 210-248 (58.8 - 69.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk Life Orb Garchomp Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Victini: 424-502 (124.3 - 147.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Chompy tanks the hit and outspeeds next turn, OHKOing with EQ.

halp

Mega Slowbro @ Slowbronite
Ability: Shell Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 36 Def / 136 SpA / 80 SpD / 4 Spe
Modest Nature
- Scald
- Fire Blast
- Ice Beam
- Slack Off

Slowbro can take two hits of anything and continuously Slack Off while Garchomp takes recoil damage or hurts itself in confusion. Eventually, since a net 10% will always be recovered from Slack Off each turn, Slowbro will have enough health to OHKO with an Ice Beam. Best of all, no chance of getting hit with a crit.

252 Atk Life Orb Garchomp Outrage vs. 252 HP / 36+ Def Mega Slowbro: 136-161 (34.5 - 40.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252 Atk Life Orb Garchomp Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 36+ Def Mega Slowbro: 113-134 (28.6 - 34%) -- 1.2% chance to 3HKO

136 SpA Mega Slowbro Ice Beam vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Garchomp: 416-492 (116.5 - 137.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Mollux @ Black Sludge
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 208 HP / 252 SpA / 48 Spe
Modest Nature
- Fire Blast
- Sludge Wave
- Recover
- Thunderbolt

Mollux does not care about any of Slowbro's moves, as Dry Skin makes it immune to Scald and its typing naturally resists the other two attacks. The best Slowbro can do is ~20% with Fire Blast, and Mollux can easily 2HKO in return with Thunderbolt. It can also keep itself healthy, if need be, with Recover, though that need is unlikely in this matchup.

136+ SpA Mega Slowbro Fire Blast vs. 232 HP / 12 SpD Dry Skin Mollux: 71-84 (18.2 - 21.5%) -- possible 7HKO after Black Sludge recovery
252+ SpA Mollux Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 80 SpD Mega Slowbro: 238-280 (60.4 - 71%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Flash Cannon
- Stealth Rock

Heatran is immune to Mollux's Sludge Wave and Fire Blast, and is barely 3HKOed by a Modest Thunderbolt, KOing with Earth Power in return:

252 SpA Heatran Earth Power vs. 208 HP / 0 SpD Mollux: 380-448 (101.8 - 120.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252+ SpA Mollux Thunderbolt vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Heatran: 104-123 (32 - 37.9%) -- 95% chance to 3HKO

252 SpA Life Orb Keldeo Secret Sword vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Heatran: 343-406 (106.1 - 125.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Venusaur @ Venusaurite
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 232 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 20 Spe
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Synthesis

252 SpA Life Orb Keldeo Icy Wind vs. 232 HP / 4 SpD Venusaur: 156-185 (43.4 - 51.5%) -- 7% chance to 2HKO
252 SpA Life Orb Keldeo Hydro Pump vs. 232 HP / 4 SpD Mega Venusaur: 99-117 (27.5 - 32.5%) -- guaranteed 4HKO
252+ SpA Mega Venusaur Giga Drain vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Keldeo: 282-332 (87.3 - 102.7%) -- 18.8% chance to OHKO

Mega Venu easily takes anything Keldeo can do and one or two hit KO in return, healing off damage in the process. Even if it is not Mega Evolved yet, it can still easily switch in and win, baring a predicted Icy Wind critting.

Medicham @ Medichamite
Ability: Pure Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Zen Headbutt
- High Jump Kick
- Ice Punch
- Thunder Punch

Medicham can tank any one hit from Mega Venusaur, even in base form if necessary, and OHKO back with Zen Headbutt.

252+ SpA Mega Venusaur Sludge Bomb vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Mega Medicham: 177-208 (67.8 - 79.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Mega Venusaur Sludge Bomb vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Medicham: 195-231 (74.7 - 88.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252+ Atk Pure Power Mega Medicham Zen Headbutt vs. 232 HP / 0 Def Mega Venusaur: 402-474 (111.9 - 132%) -- guaranteed OHKO

edit: Chance of winning is well above 50% as stated by the rules in the OP, I suppose you *could* invest more in SpD if you're worried about Sludge Bomb poison + high roll but lol

Technically, if Medicham is not Mega Evolved, there is a tiny chance it actually is KOd before it gets the chance to even make a move, if Venu used Sludge Bomb, it poisons, and it rolls max damage (a 1.8% chance). This is obviously made worse by hazards, being a 15% chance with SR in play, and it has a chance to flat OHKO with a single layer of spikes for a total of over a 30% chance to KO with the poison chance take into account. In this latter case, even Mega Medi isn't safe, as it will fall to poison 11.25% of the time. With that said, it still does of course win the majority of the time, and I am not challenging it as a good answer here. I just thought this was interesting.

Anyways, to keep this post on topic, here have an Aurumoth set of my own creation:

Aurumoth @ Leftovers
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 62 Def / 196 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Will-O-Wisp
- Megahorn

252+ Atk Pure Power Mega Medicham Thunder Punch vs. 252 HP / 62 Def Aurumoth: 141-167 (33.2 - 39.3%) -- 16.2% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
0 Atk Aurumoth Megahorn vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mega Medicham: 174-205 (66.6 - 78.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

This set was actually straight up made to beat things like Megacham, and while I certainly won't call it perfect, it does incredibly nicely, especially against this specific set. It can always take multiple hits, and can easily 2HKO in return. Even more importantly, after it gets in, it will outspeed an Adamant Medicham and burn it. Either way, it is easily coming out of this matchup on top, baring freeze or ridiculous paralysis hax.

Tomohawk @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 156 Def / 100 SpD
Bold Nature
- Air Slash
- Earth Power
- Roost
- Taunt

Stallbreaks the set perfectly, thanks to Tomohawk's Super Effective STAB against Aurumoth, Aurumoth's inability to do any damage back against Tomohawk, and access to Prankster Taunt, which all causes Aurumoth to fail doing its job.

0 SpA Tomohawk Air Slash vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Aurumoth: 276-326 (65 - 76.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
0 Atk Aurumoth Megahorn vs. 252 HP / 156+ Def Tomohawk: 31-37 (7.4 - 8.9%) -- possibly the worst move ever

If there are SRs up, u have a chance of dying, maybe not the perfect counter, but still ok

252+ Atk Hawlucha Sky Attack vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Cyclohm: 63-75 (15 - 17.8%) -- possible 9HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ Atk Hawlucha Acrobatics (110 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Cyclohm: 51-60 (12.1 - 14.2%) -- possibly the worst move ever
252+ Atk Hawlucha High Jump Kick vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Cyclohm: 118-141 (28 - 33.5%) -- 92.7% chance to 4HKO after Leftovers recovery

Cyclohm takes any hit with ease and either KOs or 2KOs with Discharge, and it can use Slack off to recover if needed. With a Rocky Helmet, it easily KOs lucha

- Shadow Sneak
- Moonlight

4 SpA Cyclohm Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Revenankh: 105-124 (27.3 - 32.2%) -- guaranteed 4HKO

With Shed Skin, Revenankh doesn't mind status from Toxic, Discharge, or Static, and can set up Bulk Up to +6 and eventually 2HKO with Drain Punch:

+6 0 Atk Revenankh Drain Punch vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Cyclohm: 243-286 (57.8 - 68%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

I have to disagree with you.
Shed Skin only works 1/3 of the time, so u may still lose with toxic damage. It's not a reliable counter, since it absolutely needs rev to be at +6 to do anything, so your post is Yuck(according to title of thread). Going off dear Sota

Articuno@ Leftovers
Ability: pressure

It may be strange for a flying type to switch into clohm, but articuno's bulk makes this no problem at all. With HeaL bell to alleviate status and roost to recover health, and toxic, clohm is ded meat\
4 SpA Articuno Freeze-Dry vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Cyclohm: 194-230 (46.1 - 54.7%) -- 9.8% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Sorry I messed up, realized that it wasn't a counter... fail... Here is a real counter though:

Trevenant @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Harvest
EVs: 252 HP / 56 Atk / 200 Def
Impish Nature
- Leech Seed
- Substitute
- Horn Leech
- Will-O-Wisp

252 Atk Life Orb Terrakion Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 200+ Def Trevenant: 191-226 (51 - 60.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
56 Atk Trevenant Wood Hammer vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Terrakion: 324-384 (100.3 - 118.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO

It comes in free on CC and EQ does no damage, Stone Edge does enough to activate Sitrus Berry so there is no chance for 2HKO bar critical hits. It KOs back with Wood Hammer. Depending on rolls you may or may not die in the process... depends on Harvest activations+Max vs. Min rolls, didn't bother calcing the percentage but you should be winning for the most part.

Pyroak @ Leftovers
Abillity: Battle Armor
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Lava Plume
- Earth Power
- Growth
- Synthesis

Pyroak is immune to Leech Seed, immune to Will-O-Wisp, takes pretty much nothing from Horn Leech, and hurts Trevenant with Lava Plume. Growth to avoid "but what if none of the 24 Lava Plumes burn and Harvest activates every single time huehuehue" just boost up to +6 and win, hah.

56 Atk Trevenant Horn Leech vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Pyroak: 16-19 (3.6 - 4.2%) -- possibly the worst move ever
+6 0 SpA Pyroak Lava Plume vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Trevenant: 776-914 (207.4 - 244.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO <- pro

252 SpA Choice Specs Gengar Sludge Wave vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Pyroak: 504-594 (113.7 - 134%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Pyroak cannot come close to killing gengar, while gengar easily OHKOs. A life Orb gengar almost always works, but choice specs guarantees the kill
252 SpA Life Orb Gengar Sludge Wave vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Pyroak: 439-517 (99 - 116.7%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO

252 SpA Choice Specs Gengar Sludge Wave vs. 252 HP / 108+ SpD Malaconda: 308-366 (70.9 - 84.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

Malaconda can live any attack that Gengar can throw out, even with SR in play. Sitrus Berry even allows you to survive even if you get bad luck with Poison. After taking a hit on the switch, Malaconda easily OHKOs with Sucker Punch, which is guaranteed to work thanks to Gengar lacking any non-offensive moves. While this thread really is about 1 on 1 match ups, for the sake of a real battle, Pursuit also allows for mind games here as if they opponent switches, fearing Sucker Punch, it KOs, as it has identical power to Sucker Punch on a switch.
