Moves
========

Earthquake is Landorus-T's most reliable STAB move that deals large amounts of damage to Steel-types such as Magearna, Magnezone, and Mega Mawile, as well as nearly OHKOing physically defensive Toxapex. When combined with Flyinium Z, Fly turns into a 175-Base Power STAB Flying-type move that shreds through bulky Grass-types such as Tapu Bulu and Tangrowth and hits Mega Heracross harder than anything else. Although Supersonic Skystrike is best saved for Grass-types, it can also be used as a one-time nuke to muscle through bulkier Pokemon such as Clefable, Tapu Fini, and Ferrothorn. Smack Down removes the Ground immunity from Flying-types such as Zapdos, Celesteela, Skarmory, and opposing Landorus-T so Landorus-T has a much easier time breaking through them with Earthquake. Stealth Rock is best used in the last slot if your team lacks a user of the move, as Landorus-T is able to find many opportunities to force switches and get it up safely. It's also able to heavily pressure Mega Sableye and most bulkier Defog users, so it is able to keep Stealth Rock on the field with ease. Swords Dance can be used if you already have a Stealth Rock user, as it significantly increases Landorus-T's breaking potential versus bulkier teams such as stall and balance.

Set Details
========

Maximum Speed investment with an Adamant nature is preferred in order to maximize Landorus-T's power and outspeed Timid Heatran. A Jolly nature can be used in order to get the jump on Adamant Zygarde as well as Jolly Gyarados, but the loss in power is very noticeable. Flyinium Z is obviously needed in order for Fly to become the insanely powerful Supersonic Skystrike. Intimidate is Landorus-T's only ability, allowing it to force out physical attackers and act as a pivot if necessary.

Usage Tips
========

This set is best used as an early- to mid-game wallbreaker to break apart defensive cores in order to pave the way for a teammate to clean. Try to preserve Supersonic Skystrike for Grass-types such as Tangrowth and Tapu Bulu, which often try to switch into Landorus-T. If those are absent or not much of an issue, it's best used on Pokemon that Landorus-T normally can't OHKO with Earthquake, such as Garchomp, Tapu Fini, and opposing Landorus-T. Use Smack Down on Pokemon such as Skarmory, Zapdos, and Celesteela that would otherwise wall Landorus-T. Although it's not entirely necessary, especially if Stealth Rock is in play, try to catch them on the switch in order to maintain constant pressure and momentum. In order to keep Landorus-T as healthy as possible, try to limit the number of times you switch Landorus-T into attacks, and setting up Stealth Rock or Swords Dance on predicted switch-ins is highly recommended. Take caution in using Supersonic Skystrike on Pokemon that often carry Protect, such as Unaware Clefable and Mega Sableye, because otherwise it will do significantly less damage to them. Although it's not recommended, Fly can be used without wasting your Z-Crystal or if it has already been used up, as it is still a strong STAB move; however, because it takes two turns to use the move, it's generally easy to react to.

Team Options
========

Pokemon that appreciate bulky Grass-types gone such as Ash-Greninja, Zygarde, and Keldeo are good teammates because Landorus-T is easily able to bait them in and remove them. Late-game cleaners such as Mega Alakazam, offensive Trick Room Magearna, and Choice Scarf Garchomp find it much easier to clean up after Landorus-T heavily wears down defensive cores. Because Landorus-T often attracts Water-types such as Ash Greninja and Keldeo, Assault Vest Tangrowth and Magearna are both good options in order to safely pivot into their STAB attacks. Amoonguss and Toxapex are also good choices on bulkier builds. Spikes support isn't necessary but really appreciated, as it can potentially turn Landorus-T's 2HKOs into OHKOs and punishes Pokemon that may attempt to check Landorus-T. Greninja is a strong offensive user of Spikes that appreciates Landorus-T's ability to soften up Celesteela, while Ferrothorn can switch into Water-type attacks from the likes of Ash-Greninja, as well as Tapu Koko, which can revenge kill a weakened Landorus-T with Hidden Power Ice. U-turn and Volt Switch is very helpful for getting in Landorus-T safely and preserving its health. Ash-Greninja, Tapu Koko, and Rotom-W are all solid options, with the added advantage of baiting in Grass-types for Landorus-T to scare out.

Shouldn't Rock Polish be mentioned on Moves? Sure, double dance Lando-T might not be its most viable set, but feel like it should be mentioned in Moves personally...

EDIT - I didn't know Double Dance was already a set on its own, my bad :P

The point of the set is running smack down+fly+earthquake to hit everything that both rockium and flynium hit (steela, tang) and maximize its coverage so theres only really 1 slot left, double dance isnt possible with this

Rock Polish already is only used on Double Dance, which already has a set. Otherwise it's not worth using on any other set, especially one where your best STAB is EQ and your other STAB is super unreliable, and Smack Down is weak as shit coverage.
