Thanks for asking! I am firmly of the belief that more viability is always a good thing. The soul of competitive pokemon is creativity, and more viable pokemon makes that possible. While I don't think that we should "force" viability through lots of bans and there are fuzzy lines involved, I think that the loss of Stealth Rock does almost nothing detrimental and expands the possible strategies available to players.
