Hi I saw the vm to Molk about LU, I actually go on PO sometimes so I have somewhat decent experience in LU; here's pretty much what's different though http://pastebin.com/FFQt3N68
I would probably say no, simply because Mega Lucario gets better coverage moves than Terrakion like Ice Punch, and has good mixed stats without even having to invest in them, as well as being able to outspeed the Lati twins. However, LO and Banded Terrakion hit harder than Mega Lucario, so only time will tell which is more important in the new meta.
i actually don't have much experience with LU, sorry :x. Its pretty similar to RU though, just add venomoth, a few dark-types, and remove smeargle and golurk.

Your comments are helpful, though I probably won't try to implement them in a hurry before QC intervenes. It does make the QCs' jobs easier, so thanks for that :)
