You posted a Visitor Message, or a VM on Jasmine's wall. It's not a PM and they'll be unlikely to respond to it. If you want to start a PM (Private Conversation), you should go to the Information tab and click "Start a Conversation". You can add your would-be co-owner too. That said, you'll need to point out why the room idea is good, so that they're convinced that it should exist.
