Rhydon still beats it, and if Lairon has Stone Edge or Rock Slide, Fletch still dies. Doublade is really the only one that can't do anything back except set up. It'll still do a lot of hurt at +6. Being unable to OHKO everything that naturally out speeds it is another factor too
