Awesome, thank you very much. I'll work on comparing that list with the UPC one. I did find the list compiled by Dunsparce, but since he did not directly link to sources or claim to have made it himself and the post was so long after the events I did not fully trust it. Also "-Years of research(Seriously. I have to go through every single one of the 251 GSC Pokemon and carfully examine their Movepools on things like GSC Netbattle and whatnot)" led me to think it was possible he may have accidentally included some fake events.

From your find in the standards thread, it seems you've been keeping an eye on various pokemon things for some time. You haven't come across a better source for NYPC moves than the UPC one which claims to be incomplete have you? I've been searching for months, with no reliable results (lots of third hand info, or info which no one knows where it came from).
