Hmm, might as well go for broke(n) with deoxys-A over gallade. It pretty much outclasses gallade and has that nice +2 extremespeed to pick off weakened enemies. They both provide the same coverage but it has a much higher speed stat to work with, just so you know..

question time: can a pokemon with no guard, i.e. machamp, use moves like protect continuously without failing? just wondering, since it would be nice if machamp got a reliable recovery option i tried searching on google but couldn't find an answer, so i thought i'd ask here..

that was a really nice story, very suspenseful and entertaining. long battle, but overall, it was nicely done and kept me reading till the end. btw, i lol'd at all the starmie puns so 10/10~ keep up the good work!

Thanks for the feedback everyone! First of all, I think that deoxys would be much better than jolteon, it outpaces all the major physical threats like terrakion and kerudio and can retaliate with STAB pyschic which is nice. Secondly, I think rankurusu makes a nice pokemon overall with magic...
