If the IVs are wrong then you're not hitting your seed. Watch the video tutorials on the first page.

I've had the same problems. The PID frame is constantly fluctuating between a -1, 1 and +3 offset. (I used memory link already) The only solution that I can think of is to test a seed with a trash pokemon in slot 2 and see what nature comes up. I screwed up my tornadus already, unfortunately.

Thanks to Robcore's post above, I've been trying my hand at Dream Radar RNG. However, I've run into a brick wall. I can't seem to hit my seed ever. I'm not even close to hitting it. I've been using the UnovaLinkCalibration section of RNGReporter to try and find what seed I've been hitting...

I made it fully-redis since Ebondragon had it on his thread as fully-redis after you traded it to him. My fault for not specifying, though it would have been easier if you had simply asked me.

Pretty much. It's been a while since I did it, but I'm pretty sure that's how it was done. I just got my seed in front of the green gift guy, then traded it over to my cart, which had that seed shiny and hatched it there.
