For Pory2 you said Toxic would be useful for bulky pokemon but paralysis is too good to give up. Have you tried combining the two with Discharge and Toxic? I imagine you've tried this already, but just in case you haven't it might be worth considering.

My first thought on reading this was that CBTar or Choice Band Scizor could be used to remove both of those threats with their combination threat of STAB move + powerful Pursuit. Might be worth trying out sometime.

You got your calcs wrong on Dragon Pulse I think - Max/0 HP/Sp.Def Mence takes almost 60% min from DP, so whilst HP Ice is better you could leave it as Dragon Pulse to help with Kingdra's locked in Outrage if you wanted.

Mamoswine is mentioned along with the Ground types that wall non-HP Grass Zapos, but its hates Heatwave so I wouldn't say it walls Zapdos exactly. I'd either take Mamo out of the counters section or mention that it is immune to Zapdos' electric attacks and can scare it off with STAB Ice moves...

What kind of Scizor set is that? Even with Leftovers instead of Life Orb, a Max HP/Max Def Impish Breloom should take at least 80% from a Max Attack SD'd Bullet Punch. Did you forget to make it a Technician Scizor or something?
