Seems fine, although you should move those HP EVs on Blissey on to Special Defense. She really doesn't need any help for HP. Also, change Outrage on your Salamence to Dragon Claw, as the confusion could kill himself with plus 3 attack, something which you would not want to do. Just a sidenote...
