would using pokes transferred from 3rd gen as parents mess anything up? and would anything differ if you try this on a japanese cartridge?

For shiny eggs, does it matter if you change back to the daycare app on the poketch after flipping the coin? and would saving (but not resetting) before the egg is created change anything on the RNG?

i found the snover by luck, so it's not chained, and the emloop tool gave me 8 SIDs, ranging from 44896 to 44903, is there a way to get more refined results?
