Two similar sets with some minor differences...

(F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Snow Cloak
EVs: 252 HP/5 Def/252 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Icy Wind
- Wish
- Charm
- Protect
---Move run down... Icy Wind is Stab and Lowers Speed on incoming Poke's to help easy Prediction, Wish supports the team, Charm cripples physical attackers, and Protect scouts and works nicely with wish. I've only tried her in UU and she works fairly well. Speed Ev's may be more beneficial to help outspeed more pokes, Protect can be switched with anything you want, and despite not having any Sp Atk EVs Icy Wind still hurts.

(F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Cute Charm
EVs: 252 HP/5 Def/252 Spd
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Icy Wind
- Wish
- Heal Bell
- Charm
--- I use her for OU. A quick move run down... Icy Wind slows, Wish supports your team, Heal Bell is for status, and Charm hurts them physical attackers. Watch out for Metagross and his Clear Body ability. You can use T-Wave instead of Icy Wind but then you will be vunerable to Taunt and make sure you change your ability to Normalize.

Interesting set Bogmire. I might give it a try net time I play standard.

I highly doubt this will work since Delcatty doesn't have a Base stat over 70 and the fac that this is set up fodder for so many things (Blissey, Skarm, Spiritomb, Forry, Gyarados with Taunt, Bronzong, Suicune, Heatran, Raikou etc)

mmm, dunno. it takes a helluva long time to set up.and what's worth more, a sunny day and sd from tangrowth or two dd's from mence or tar, or sd's from luke?

Tangrowth A.K.A. Whoppy Goldberg: "She gon' Whopp yo a**!"

470.png
Whoppy Goldberg (F): @ Miracle Seed / Expert Belt

Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 Att, 176 Def, 80 Spd
Adament (+Atk, - SpA)

Sunny Day
Earthquake
Power Whip
Swords Dance

Bug / Grass / Flying / Bronzong wall this set, but overall with Swords Dance going Tangrowth will perform pretty well.

Earthquake destroys Steels, and makes it hard for Heatran, Infernape, and Tentacruel to switch in (if they predict Hidden Power Fire), while Power Whip stops Hippowdon & Tyranitar from making easy switch-ins and provides STAB.

I don't want to use Heat Rock on Tangrowth, only to lose the sunlight because of Tyranitar switching in as a revenge-killer.

Power Whip is also great because its a consistant Base Damage unlike Grass Knot / Solar Beam (Solarbeam's power is cut in Sandstorm).

Miracle Seed + STAB Power Whip = 216 power (Ownage), just imagine factoring in Swords Dance.

I chose the Speed EVs, because under the Sunlight it has 1 Speed over Weavile, which I feel is adaquate.

With this spread Tangrowth reaches 330 Defense which allows it to take strong physical hits (the Max. Your Def Calculator suggest Defense EVs over HP), and the rest are dumped in its Attack.

Miracle Seed can be replaced with Expert Belt for extra coverage with Earthquake.
Ok I added in Expert Belt, and shortened it.

Hmm, I am wondering if using even Soft Sand may work considering the opponent expects a Grass move, and therefore I will be using more Earthquakes to deal with Power Whip resisters.

I dun like the grass/gound coverage. I mean, all you really hit is heatran, while so much shit walls you, mainly fliers. I'd definately go miracle seed.

hhjj, I came up with a similiar set but with sunny day/earthquake/power whip/rock slide, in fact I bred it for the last smogon breeding project.

You won't have the time to set up both swords dance and sunny day, so just go with sunny day and the quakeslide coverage.

Swampert
Mirror Coat Lead thing
-Stealth Rockz
-Mirror Coat
-Ice beam/Avalanch/Hydropump
-Earthquake
Item: Lefties/Lum
Ability: Torrent
Nature: Impish
EVs: 240 HP/216 Def/52 Spatk

OK, so I'm trying to make up an awesome unique-type lead. Uh huh. Most stuff that leads either obviously has a grass attack or will be carrying HP Grass pretty much just for this guy. Mirror coat!1 Then ya got your standard EVs/EQ/stealth rocks fillar. Lum berry to absorb some kinda status right off the bat... like from Crobat. ;p Or Gengar, that frikken ghost. Like pretty much every other poke I dream up I dunno about da EVs... maybe someone could change em if they like.

What do you think? For every response I get to the set I give my dog 1 pho-bacon treat. =0

I would go Relaxed over Impish since you are using a Special Attack. Plus it will help with Mirror Coat.
While I still agree that it should be changed to relaxed, it will in no way help with Mirror Coat. Mirror Coat has negative priority if I am not mistaken, so he will go last anyways.

Kabuto- Love the name "Mirror Coat Lead Thing" ^_^

lets fatten up that dog!

anyways, dunno how much mirror coat actually helps. I'd rather use like hydro pump or eq or something else. bleh, not too much thought, I'm pretty tired atm.

I'm sorry if I was a bit harsh and overreacted in my other posts, however, putting a choice scarf on something isn't a new idea. Having EVs that allow it survive Garchomp, outrun Garchomp, and kill Garchomp is only common sense when making a moveset like that.

I wouldn't be surprised if Jumpman wasn't the first to create a specsmence moveset but I doubt he purposely or knowingly copied anyone.

But, that's exactly what the EV's are. It's made to be able to counter Garchomp exactly, and be able to take a SpecsMence draco meteor and OHKO back. Three less special attack EV's nearly OHKO 100% of the time, and you need the defence and HP EV's to take the meteor and counter the chomp sets. The purpose you made it for is the same purpose.

But, whatever, maybe you didn't get the idea from me. But, I did have the exact same idea nearly two months sooner, and got Faqers to use it.

I would put icy wind over scary face since icy wind deals damage and still lowers speed(that is if mamo has it.

EDIT*: Some one posted this already so plz ignore it.

Why would you use Icy Wind, which has pitful base 55 + Mamoswine special attack sucks. And when Icy Wind only lowers speed by one stage, Scary Face is superior choice.

Icy wind could be an interesting thing to use on Chompy. It lowers his speed and wastes Yache.

Anyways, I suddenly had this weird idea for a lead Shedinja set and had to share it. I'll format it later if need be.

"Lead Shedinja"
Shedinja@Focus Sash
Adamant 252 atk, 252 speed
X-scissor
Theif
Pick two: Grudge/WoW/Shadow Sneak/Sunny Day/Swords Dance/Toxic

Basically the idea is to disable your opponent's pokemon. Thief is for opposing suicide leads. Steal their sash after they destroy yours. If they're not a suicide lead, then you steal whatever item they have, and hope it isn't life orb. Grudge can deplete the PP of one of your opponent's valuable moves, and WoW burns things, which is always nice. Shadow Sneak lets you quickly KO sashed bug weak leads after X-scissoring them. Sunny Day can block sandstorm. It's not that much help against Ttar, as Pursuit is instant death, but LeadTar generally doesn't pack it. Swords Dance is there pretty much just to be there. It's always an option, and if your opponent gets stuck with something that can't touch this, SDing up and X-scissoring them to death is a freebie. Toxic really needs no explanation.

I'd try this out, but ratings actually matter at the moment.

LOL, iy's like you have three lifes when you have thief as a move, really nice set and grudge is usually not used because ppl think it sucks, but on shedninja it seems worthy, but did you put the fillers in order of impotance?

Would Swampert actually survive a Grass attack?

Azelf's Grass Knot, Gengar's Energy Ball, Roserade's Grass Knot/Leaf Storm, Celebi's Grass Knot, Breloom's Seed Bomb?

ohh yes, swampert is definately surviving STAB supereffective 120/140 base power attacks. well he might survive azelf grass knots or gengar energy balls, but they hardly ever carry them, and the ones with STAB are pretty much gonna kill always.

ScreenDol

Claydol@ Light Clay
Ability:Levitate
Nature:Bold/Calm
Ev's:252hp/206def/52spe
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Light Screen
-Reflect

Ok, it might seem a little wierd, but this Claydol is great for offensive teams that need to set up and can't take a hit, or just for any team that needs Screen Support. This Claydol can keep switching in, set up Reflect and Light Screen, go to a sweeper to set up, and then come back in for a 2nd or 3rd round if the sweeper couldn't 6-0. The ev's are designed to give it bulk, while being able to outspeed min speed Blastoise/Megnium.Having set up a light screen before blastoise surf's you or Meganium Energy ball's you is very useful. Weather you want Claydol to take special or physical hits better is up to you. If you wan't to take special hits better, switch to a calm nature and dump those defense ev's to special defense. More useful in UU then OU. And this Claydol can still serve as an awesome Fighting counter yet again!

I like the set, but I really don't think that Claydol needs 252 Speed to outspeed things like Blastoise. So, if you could figure out how many Speed EVs he needs, that would be awesome, so you can put the rest in Defense, or Special Defense.

Some of you may have seen my use this Tyranitar on Shoddy. It works really well and catches alot of people off guard. The main reason why I use this is for the ability to OHKO Garchomp. Garchomp is a pretty nice switch in to Tyranitar, since it's capable of surviving all of it's moves even if they're boosted. However with this set it's not.
200px-Tyranitar.jpg

Tyranitar @ Life Orb
Nature: Jolly
EV's: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 HP
~Dragon Dance
~Crunch
~Dragon Claw / Outrage
~Earthquake / Fire Punch

Well this set is pretty much the Dragon Dance set, however it uses Dragon Claw or Outrage over Taunt. Jolly natures allows you to outspeed Starmie and friends after 1 Dragon Dance. Earthquake should be your primary 4th move, however one may prefer Fire Punch to be able to hit Skarmory. The only problem with this set is said Skarmory. If you use this set with a Magnezone it can really wreak havoc on your opponent. Garchomp can no longer switch into Tyranitar after a Dragon Dance, since Dragon Claw will do a MINIMUM of 102% damage on 4 HP / 0 Def Garchomp.

So yea thats pretty much it. Tell me what you guys think. :D
