dragoniteking22, I give you a Starly, called Derago (after auramaster's Infernape starter I am using). It can only evolve x times if you have beaten x Gym Leader Main Pokemon (the highest level Pokemon a leader has) and used it to catch x Pokemon you will use for your challenge team (weaken Pokemon only using Starly, and it must be in the battle from start to finish).

Dragoniteking, take a Chimchar called overcome. It must complete the following by the E4:
-Solo one pokemon of each type, dual-types count for both
-Survive one attack from each move that hits you super-effective when used
-Can evolve anytime, but to use either stab type as Ape, must solo one Gym leader.
Work-arounds to the above:
-can choose to remove one type to be solo'ed, must state type before starting game
-can choose to remove one type move to survive

dragoniteking22, you get a Swablu. You must name it either Chill or Insulate.

It must know & keep Safeguard & Mist.

If you name it Chill, you can do nothing else but use Mist every time it comes in during battle.

If you name it Insulate, you can do nothing else but use Safeguard every time it comes in during battle.

At certain points, you must change its name to the other & use its tactics (Use the name rater in Eterna).

  • After your 6th Badge.
  • After catching/defeating Giratina.
  • After Clearing Victory Road.
  • After the E4.
Have fun! :)

@DragoniteKing
Bring a Girafarig name it Upper. It must know Baton Pass and 3 non-attacking moves at all times. It must be the lead pokemon in every major battle (gym leaders, rival, E4, etc) that does not have a solo requirement. It may never be more than 4 levels lower than your highest level pokemon.
You may teach it HMs that are also attacks but you may not use them in battle.

@dragonite, you get a Tangela named Iando. It cannot battle unless 2 or more of its moves came from TMs or HMs, but it cannot know both Sunny Day and Solarbeam. If the opponent uses Rain Dance or Sunny Day, Iando must be sent out immediantly, and cannot switch out. If you are in a route where it's raining, Iando must be at the front of the party, and cannot switch out. Enjoy :)

Can I request two teams. One for HG and one for SS?

I want 1 pokemon before the first gym. No more than 4 before the E4 and a full 6 by the end of the game.

I would also like to request nothing useless as in everything must have an offensive option. Also please don't be toooooooo mean. I don't mind a challenge but I don't want something that wont be enjoyable.

Go.

ILoveLiza, I give you two good old GSC Pokemon: Leyba, which is exclusive to Soul Silver, and Spinarak, which is exclusive to Heart Gold. They must be called Soul and Heart respectively, and both must solo Falkner in their game. To evolve, they must solo their version's cover legend when you meet it before the League (don't worry, they respawn).

EDIT: for clearness' sake, Ho-oh and Lugia must be KO'd and, after the below post, why sorry to me? I'd just run and hide from Treadshot. *proceeds to do exactly that*

Why? Why must my inactivity and good challenges combine?

Anyway, ILoveLiza, for HG you get a MEP (sorry Antheno :( )! But not just any MEP, since you cant actually get Pachi untill after E4. It will be a Mono Electric Pikachu instead. Some MEP rules apply, no evolution. Name it DamnUIggy!

For SS, you get a Heracross. No STAB moves or moves over 90 power. Can't have a +atk nature. I'm not really feeling creative today, sorry. In honer of my friend sharkz, you shall name him HeraBOSS.

Good luck!

@ Liza:

For HeartGold, take an Onix. Soft Reset for one with Hidden Power [Fighting], call it Rocky, and when you fight the Elite 4, it has to KO the last Pokemon of each Elite 4 member (including Lance) with Hidden Power. No evolving.

For Soul Silver, take a Geodude. You have to evolve it into a Golem by the Elite 4, and know Explosion (or Self-Destruct). Whenever it drops into red HP, it has to use Explosion (or Self-Destruct if you don't have Explosion yet). Call it Secret Base.

Okay, i think Igg should read this. These are the ground rules for MTP's:
See now, people? MTP's must be single type, non evolving, non legendary, and given out by TREADSHOT A1. Understand? Good.

Therefore Pikachu is not eligible, as it does evolve. Infact, Pikachu is doubly invalid, as it evolve both to and from another pokemon.

Also, the NN's for MTP's are things like "DamnYouA1!" or something like that (unless given written consent by Treadshot A1). You'll note the A1 in the name, that's because they are mine to give out and mine alone. Cheap knockoffs are just that, cheap.

Liza, you shall now witness the true terror of the MTP's! You have two choices:

If you can/want to trade: You get a MEP (Plusle) for HG, and a MEM (Minun) for SS. Like usual, only electric moves in battle. Name MEP "Opposites" and MEM "Attract". Preferably make sure one is male (MEM), and the other is female (MEP).

If you can't trade: Take a MND (that's Mono Normal Dunsparce). You get one for each game, on SS it shall be called "Iggy Has" and on HG it is called "NoCr8ivity". Each Dunsparce has to survive an offensive fighting move every time you turn on your game.

On SS, you must send Dunsparce to the Pokewalker and you must level it up at least 15 levels in this way. It is not allowed to be in the DayCare, nor to hold Exp. Share.

On HG, Dunsparce is only allowed to gain Exp. fighting rock type pokemon. You may use whatever tactics against said rock pokemon, or simply switch to something else, but it must be rock type. No Exp. Share either.

@ILoveLiza: For HG, I give you Snorlax. It may not know any Normal-type moves unless two of its other moves are Rest and Sleep Talk. Name it Nap Time.

For SS, you get a Smeargle named Van Gogh. It may never know two moves of the same type.

Have fun!

ILoveLiza, for HG you get a Chinchou. Name it either Positive or Negative.
If you name it Positive, then it must know & keep Charge, Discharge, Bubblebeam, & Confuse Ray before Ho-Oh.
If you name it Negative, then it must know & keep Aqua Ring, Signal Beam, Spark, & Hydro Pump before Ho-Oh.

For SS, you get a Raticate named Annoying. You must catch it as a Raticate.
Your Raticate is the most annoying Raticate in the world, and as such, always has to pull one rabbit out of the annoying hat, by interfering with the opponents strategy. Each trainer battle it appears in, it must either KO a Pokemon, Flinch-Hax an opponent, Use a Priority move, or use either Super Fang or Endeavour on the opponent.

Have Fun! :)

Can't disagree because i agree to it, right now i feel Triple H is going to win Smackdown Championship Scramble match, since right now Triple H title run as been lackuster, and knowing Triple H his pride comes first before business. he was pushing to be World champion early this year, which he got by useing his backstage power, so i not expecting Triple H to lose tonight.

If this was a thread started by any of the veterans here, this wouldn't be allowed. The MTPs are A1's property and everyone here should know this. It's been this way for almost 100 pages and I support it.
A1 is the crazy guy, doom is the creative one, Vratix is the man of the big ideas, Paradox is the balanced guy and I'm the organizer.

@ILoveLiza: I'd like to give you a pokemon so save me a spot if you reject this.

Heart Gold:
Spinarak
Onix
Dunsparce
Snorlax
Chinchou

Soul Silver:
Ledyba
Heracross
Geodude
Dunsparce

I specifically said no more than 4 pokes before E4 first time. So I need two for SS post E4. I also need 1 for HG post E4.

Ok, for Soul Silver I give you BeamyTar, the Tyranitar. It must have Rock Polish and its moveset may have shock wave and water pulse. The other move is up to you.

@LizaLover
(for post E-4)

in HG Catch a Sneasel. It may not learn any fighting moves or any moves with BP of 85 or greater. Name it Underwhelm. You may only evolve it as you climb Mt. Silver to fight Red. You may not use any items between evolving and battling red. It must solo two of Red's Pokemon.

in SS bring a Catch a Jigglypuff in Route 3 name it Hungrybox. Evolve it immediately. Teach it 4 TMs that you can get more than one of in-game. You may not teach it any HMs and you may not use moves for super effective damage. It must solo one of Red's Pokemon.

I'd like to try a Scramble Challenge for Fire Red. I don't really mind what restrictions you'd set but I'd prefer if I didn't get Pokemon that can't attack. Don't particularly mind though so by all means do that if you think it's cool.

@annhialator

You get a spearow named "ILiekMimez". Oh no! for some unexplained reason, your spearow LOVES Mr Mimes! As such, it must always know Mirror Move asap to try to copy other peoples moves, just like its hero. It also thinks it a psychic type, so teach it a psychic type move asap (teach it rest through tm, then you also get agility at high levels if you want to replace rest for some reason). It may not evolve until it koes 2 gyms leaders pokemon using mirror move (mirror move must be the final blow). To prove it the top pokemon at mimicry, it must solo sabrinas mr mime. You may not attack sabrinas mr mime with an attack that has 30 or more bp, because thats is its pokemon power on the jungle tcg mr mime card (fury attack has 15 bp, and mirror move is ok to use too).

EDIT: if you never played the tcg as a kid, here is what i'm talking about:

@annhialator

You get an Ekans. Oh no! Its skin hasn't come off correctly, so if it uses a poisonous move, it will hurt itself!

It has to have Shed Skin as its ability, and can't use any STAB moves until Shed Skin activates at least once.

Annhilator gets the Farfetch'd from the boy in Vermilion, but not just any Farfetch'd, but a Low Power Farfetch'd (LPF for short)! Your Farfetch'd may not use any moves with a power of more than 30.
Also, just so you do use it & not ditch it, it must be no lower than 5 levels of your strongest Pokemon (If it is, then get off your ass & train it!), & it may not hold an Exp. Share or be ditched in the Day Care either.
I'll be nice, you don't have to trade the Spearow doomvendingmachine gave you.

Have Fun! :)

@Annhilator;

You get a Snorlax. It must have Immunity, and its only physical moves may be Snore, Rock Slide, or Rock Smash. It is lazy, so it must learn Rest. However, you can only use Snore every other turn. It may not learn Belly Drum, Curse, Sleep Talk, or any tutor move.

@Annhialator, take a Magnemite named Vescuz. It must know at least two sound moves at all times. If you caught it while only having 3 badges, it must solo a Hiker to evolve. If you had more then 3 badges, it must solo a Rhyhorn or Rhydon owned by Giovanni to evolve.

EDIT: Is it just me, or have the challenges lately been much harder then usual?
