Challenge The Scramble Challange

Annihilator, your starter is Charmander named Smokeless. However, you get the runt of the litter and Smokeless is a highly underperforming Charmander in every sense of the term. It cannot evolve to Charmeleon until you have 6 gym badges, and Charizard until you have 8 gym badges. Until it evolves to Charizard it cannot learn Fire type moves at all, and even then the only Fire moves it can learn are Fire Spin, Ember, and Fire Punch. It must be the highest level Pokemon in your party at all times, must be in your party at all times, and cannot equip an Exp.Share.

Oops. Sorry guys about the MEP thing. Guess i don't get the rest of the rules... Plus I'll try to be more in a more creative mood next time i set a challenge... You guys are yet to see the goodness that is Iggdrasil(actiony soap oppra music plays).

...if only Zero didn't get his entire team in just 3 and a half hours.... :(

Fighting through Sprout Tower with a Metapod :) I love the guy already. Thanks, Lolcat!
Dang it, he was stopped by sleep. Oh,well Chik killed the *******. Also, I've added another clause: Chik will use PoisonPwdr vs all enemies.
Oh, man!! the Elder's 1st Bell Growthed until Free woke up, and was killed by a somehow SE Confusion. Is Psychic SE vs Grass.

Edit:He evolved!!!

Treadshot... if you really feel that the Monos are yours, then I will never send another. Just do me a favor: When I challenge again, grant me one. i apologize for stepping on your toes.

I still think the LPF is crossing the line on Treadshot infringement. I used to be that when one requested a challenge they would pray that A1 didn't come and give them a MEP. No wit has become...commonplace. Treadshot is even feeling pressured now to branch out towards things like MWL in order to differentiate himself from his own challenge. That needs to change.

I've noticed that. Specifically the Farfetch'd with BP<30 for all moves.

That one is just ridiculous. He didn't even think if that was fun or not. He just posted it to screw the guy who asked a challenge. That's not the spirit.
The guy who gave me a specially based hitmonlee that had to solo Lucian of the E4 realized it was a stupid challenge. I hope this one realizes it too.

All Special Gyarados, must be the highest member of your party starting at level 30 was one I got. It's staying at level 25 or so.

Let's see if I remember this come when B&W arre released in the USA.

Gimee a scramble for Black, and another for White. Please only one Pokemon for one game per person (I'm looking for 12 submissions from 12 people, to keep it diverse). The rules:

1. Each game must have a different lineup, no using the same Pokemon in both games.
2. No trading, dream world, or importing from gen 3 or gen 4 except to evolve.
3. Must have starters.
4. Isshu regional Pokemon only.

I intend to use this scramble when I get my hands on the games, so please don't go too crazy. Do make it fun, though!

Please specify which game you are giving me a Pokemon for. Pick either Black or White, or else I will arbitrarily pick. Also, I will accept either the Regional/National Dex Number, or the Japanese name. Makes it easier since the English names haven't been released yet.

Black
1. Starter - (Puffinrock) Tsutarja (Grass Starter) #495. No grass moves. Must always have 1 Stat-boosting move.
2. (Athenodoros) Yooterii, #506. Once it learns Giga Impact, it must keep it, and it must finish the Dragon type gym with it. It should also always hold the first item you find on the ground, unless it uses it up, in which case it can never hold an item again.
3. (Dark Ray) Zuruggu #599 zuruggu. Can only use non-damaging moves. Can't evolve unless it solos 1 gym leader.
4. (Auramaster) Mogurew #529. No STAB, and it can't know two moves of the same type.
5. (chocolate-kipp) Baoppu #513. It can only evolve after soloing Hachiku's Tsunbeaa. It cannot be at a higher level than 35 when it solos Tsunbeaa, and must beat it by using Yawn, Amnesia (twice), Fury Swipes, and Fire Blast/Bursting Flame. If Fire Blast misses, you must repeat until you or Tsunbeaa have been fainted. If you have Bursting Flame instead of Fire Blast, you must repeat the process if Fury Swipes misses. After soloing Tsunbeaa and evolving it can learn whatever it pleases.
6. (Treadshot A1) Komatana #624. No restrictions

White
1. Starter - (Arcticblast) Mijumaru (Water Starter) #501. At first he may only learn Normal and Water moves with low BP. The more Gyms he solos (trainers and gym leaders) the stronger his moves can be. Final Moveset should be: Return -- Water Pulse -- Aerial Ace -- Blizzard / Hyper Beam / Dragon Tail
2. (DetroitLolcat) Darumakka #554. Do not evolve it.
3. (Dummy007) Buffalon #626. Must know Afro Break + any combination of Wild Bolt, Earthquake, Megahorn, and Swords Dance before the Elite Four. If possible, name it Kayne West.
4. (Texas Cloverleaf) Puratooga #564. If it runs Shell Break it may never use physical moves. It must solo the 6th gym leader.
5. (ILoveLiza) Dokkora #532, nicknamed MagicClown. It can only learn special moves. Must be Adamant nature. It may not evolve at all unless it can KO something with a NVE attack that is of a higher level than it. After that you are free to evolve it again whenever you want.
6. (Its_A_Random) Yanappu (#511). Name it Deaf. It must know & keep Leech Seed & Acrobat.

Take him in either game. At first he may only learn Normal and Water moves with low BP. The more Gyms he solos (trainers and gym leaders) the stronger his moves can be.

His final moveset should be:
-Return
-Water Pulse
-Aerial Ace
-Blizzard / Hyper Beam / Dragon Tail

Sprocket, I give you a Yooterii, #506, for Black. Once it learns Giga Impact, it must keep it, and it must finish the Dragon type gym with it. It should also always hold the first item you find on the ground, unless it uses it up, in which case it can never hold an item again.

@Sprocket Alright time for me to get my revenge.
For your black scramble I give you the most evil pokemon in isshu, PANTS LIZARD (#599 zuruggu) heres the deal
-Can only use non-damaging moves.
-Can't evolve unless it solos 1 gym leader.

Have fun.

For Black, take a Mogurew (529). No STAB, and it can't know two moves of the same type. Can you do English nicknames in Japanese games?

For White, take an Emonga (587). It must be the highest level Pokemon in your party. Not tied, higher then anything else.

Please pick one or the other. I want to keep this as diverse as possible.

I don't know if one can do English nicknames on Japanese games.

Just beat Vratix 2-0.
I missed with Will-o-wisp 3 times in a row and got a one turn sleep on his last p

Ah, how dare you? Vratix deserved to win at least one game. He participated in almost everyone's best battles and he had the idea for most of SPL.
No matter what Vratix, you know SPL is also a bit yours as are the Scramble Awards so keep having great ideas for the thread!

@zdrup: Well, no-one told me to lose, so I tried my best to win. And I will say that he was one pokemon from smashing my entire team with Rhyperior. Though, why was I chosen to have to lose to him, instead of someone else, huh?
