That could work but I feel it better to wait until page 200. As a rough timeline the first awards were about 4 months from the start of the thread, the second 4-8 weeks after that and if the third are at page 150 another 4-8 weeks.

to level gauge for the elite 4. I'd like you to try with your team at no more than level 64. Seems a dash more reasonable than level 60 (basing off of Aaron's team) and it seems positively possible at 67 (basing it off of Cynthia's team).

but, like I said, if it's still just awful you can ignore that Chimecho must be the highest level.


I'll also amend it by saying that you must catch it as a Chimecho to give you a little extra time before you have to get it.

WRONG!!! Since you're trading in Pokemon, Hippopotas comes before Larvitar, so replace your Larvitar with a Hippopotas immediantly :P


@jcors, you can use Pokemon outside of your Scramble for HM slaves, but only your Scramble Pokemon can be used in battle.

Lets say your down to just your HM slave in battle. Can you use it, or do you have to soft reset?
 
@Texas, ignore Atheno, the rules of the challenge state that you MUST use the first Pokemon you can obtain, in this case Hippopotas.

@jcors, your HM slave will probably faint anyway, but I suppose in that case you could use your HM slave. Just don't go into a battle, planning on using him.

I have an alibi. I was dealing only with pokemon that can be found naturally in Johto so basically the first 251 an Larvitar is the first in that list. As for the trading thing, I traded the egg only because I didn`t want to wait until Mount Silver and didn`t know it could be found in the Safari Zone. If I thought of the Safari Zone I figured it was similar to Bagon with the item and days passing thing.

Damn guys, you're too fast, i was in class and two pages fill up by the time i get out.

Anyways, i can't be stuffed to count if he needs another pokemon, so i'll just leave this Mono Anything but Electric Shinx here if anyone needs it. Called BlackDawg and can never evolve. It must not have Electric moves, except dicharge.

In every double battle, you must send it out with Pachirisu as your lead, and Discharge with it until either Pachi faints or battle is over. Also, it must solo three of the Champion's pokemons without using Discharge.

Hi I dont mind the Wobbufett, but it contradicts with one of my other rules about it being the highest level.
 
jcors, you get a Chimchar.

It can only evolve into Monferno after soloing Roark and Crasher Wake. It must learn Stealth Rock. It must learn and keep Fury Swipes throughout the game, and must use it as the first move in every battle. Its other moves must be HMs, non-STAB moves or moves with a base power lower than 75. You cannot combine any of these. You can have non-STAB HMs though of course.

I'd like to scramble Emerald, no trading.

I'll consider this scramble to be completed when i defeat Steven in Meteor Falls.

Would it be ok if i recorded my runthrough?
 
I don`t believe anyone would have a problem with you recoring your run.

You get a Shroomish that must know Spore. No other restrictions.
 
Alright boys I got my challenge from hell.

It follows:

Pikachu:

No light Ball
No Stab Moves
Must solo 3 of Bethas Team
Level must always be lower than Pachirisu

Pachirisu:

Must have the same move types as Pikachu
No Stab
Must always be higher level than Pikachu
Must solo the rest of Betha

Chimecho named EffYeah
-Must be caught as a Chimecho
-It may only know attacking moves.
-It must be the highest level member of your party at all times.
-It may never hold Exp. Share
-It's level may not exceed the highest level of your upcoming "boss battle" by more than 5 lev

Crogunk

NN: Sly
Naughty or Impish Nature
Taunt or Torment
It will be your lead against all Team Galactic grunts. It may not evolve until it solos a Team Galactic Admin pokemon. Upon evolution, you may delete Mud-slap and must teach it Nasty Plot.
Must have "Anticipation".

Wobbufet

Wobbuffet. She must be the highest level Pokemon in your party by the time you fight Giratina.

This is the 6 I guess. Ill leave it at that, with only HM slaves as well. Can I do it?
 
@Mr.L, it would be ok if you recorded your runthrough. I give you a Castform named Serago. It can only use Super Effective attacks, and cannot know any Weather moves.
