In Gen V, the only equation you use for C-Gear captures is frame advancements = target frame - 3. So in other words, it's just like RNG abusing a stationary legendary.

This is getting even more strange because how did Venipede appear in the encounter slot ranging from 0-19? Maybe the chart is wrong and it should be 0-18? (I highly doubt it) I don't know and would like to know what is the cause of this.
Okay, so I went for another shiny PID (A8FECFD2) with a ESV of 5. This time, a shiny Petilil appeared.

Now I have another question. I'm using EonTimer, and when the guide tells me to start the game, does that mean start the game from the DS menu, or by pressing continue and avoiding all that C-Gear stuff?

Another question, does moving pokemon, from slot 3 to your first slot, mess up the RNG in any way?

There I go misreading stuff again. Non-C-Gear seeds aren't supported yet, so you'll have to wait until the next release to do that.
Is the next RNG Reporter that supports Non C-Gear seeds for North American Games almost out? I read that it was supposed to be out today but haven't seen any mention of it. Is there still a plan to release it sometime soon or? I'm interested because I'd like to know if I should wait for it to RNG some of the other Pokemon in my White or if I should just use C-Gear for the time being.
If that spread appears on frame 9, then yes.

If all the IVs are shifted like that, its going to be hard to check what delay i hit huh -______-
Yeah . . . you picked a hard one.
Yeah. You want to do the calibration on frame 3, and then when you're actually going for your target, unless you find the spread you want at 5 or lower, you're going to have to just hope you hit it.
Is this your first time RNGing? If so, then yes. Otherwise all you have to do is check the results close to your target and see what the HP and Def IVs are and compare it to the 9th and 10th IV listed respectively.
