Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Ok, so here's the hardest one to deal with.. Get out there Lanca and take those hits like I know you can. This Link Cable will increase your walling potential to unimaginable levels!
Aerial Ace > Toxic > Aerial Ace
IF Arghonaut has a Substitute up when you come to use Toxic THEN use Fury Attack instead
Blackbeard launches back into the action with an Earthquake that rattles the forest a lot more than it does Lanca, whose Link Cable makes its stats a little absurd and should maybe be looked at! Lanca sits back and lobs a ball of Toxic sludge at Blackbeard before falling into a light sleep, despite Blackbeard's constant barraging with repeated Arm Thrusts! Just before Lanca wakes up, Blackbeard throws up a quick Substitute, however, Lanca is able to blast it away immediately with an Aerial Ace! Link Cable Escavalier, my gosh.
Lanca isn't exactly full of finesse but he gets things done. I really don't see any reason to do anything other than attack now that we have our poisoning.
Blackbeard struggles to make a dent in the Cable-jacked Lanca, so it opts for a Circle Throw instead! Lanca returns with a simple Headbutt before Blackbeard slices back with a Cross Chop that manages to score critical damage against the iron wall! Not to be outdone, Lanca rushes forward for a Giga Impact that does incredible damage! Blackbeard then introduces some finesse into this bruise-fest with a Recover, but Lanca forges forward with an Aerial Ace before it gets somehow thrust back into its Pokeball, releasing Shine the VOLCARONA and the mock-Gym Leader's final team member onto the field!
deadfox081 grabs another KO, making it 3-on-1 for the Challenger! Is a comeback even possible? Is Link Cable Escavalier broken? How about the Arena? So many questions!
