Okay so

I get 12 UC from ASM. 10 go into Gear Golem's MC, and 2 go into Rolf's MC.

Aggron has 4 MC. He gets Dragon Tail (BW TM) and Earthquake (BW TM)

Bronzong has 10 MC. He gets Reflect, Light Screen, Hidden Power (Ice) 7, Grass Knot, and Earthquake (all BW TMs)

Gear Golem has 10 MC. He gets Protect (BW TM), Substitute (BW TM), Earthquake (BW TM) Focus Punch (Past Gen TM), and Hammer Arm (BW Level)

With my 40 CC, I buy a Leftovers and Life Orb.
 
I have the CC to do it, so I will: Changing Riolu (Jack Knave)'s Nature from Serious to Hasty (+Spe, -Def).
EDIT: And also using 12 UC to give it Circle Throw (Egg), Rest, Payback, Dig (BW TM) and Ice Punch (Past Gen Tutor).

Actually, from what I understand, going back on move purchases if you had the move already at the time of purchase is allowed and warrants a full refund. At least, this is how it's been on both occasions when I've done this.

If, on the other hand, the purchased move came first and the free one upon evolution came second, then no refund is warranted and the pokemon does not get the move upon evolving since it already knows the move by some other means.

Either way, getting 1 MC back on a move that costs more than 1 MC is never the right answer.
 
Riolu gets it via level up, so I see no reason to give 2MC as a refund for a move that only cost him 1MC to purchase had it been gained efficiently. I have no problem with the refund, just the MC part.
