Banlists for Unsupported Metagames
So the idea behind this section is to create banlists for three more hypothetical metagames (Dream World UU, UUbers and LC UU) that will not be implemented any time soon on the server, but that you could potentially play on the DS or for a tournament.
These lists should also provide a nice resource for generating threat-lists for these three metagames, based on three-month stats, rather than just the stats from the past month.
Starting with the three-month data...
...the banlist for DW UU would be everything in bold.
Similarly, we start with the three-months stats for Ubers...
...and we're left with a banlist for what I call "UUbers." The interesting thing here is to see how "UUbers" differs from Standard OU.
Namely,
- If the OU banlist were based on usage in Ubers, Ferrothorn, Forretress, Tyranitar, Tentacruel, Skarmory, Terrakion, Chansey, Blissey, Scizor, Gliscor, Salamence, Metagross and Heatran would all be Uber.
- The converse, to me, is even more interesting: the only "Ubers" pokemon that do not have enough usage in Ubers to be classified be "OU" for Ubers are Deoxys[-N] and all Arceii formes except Normal, Ghost and Grass.
Finally, we have Little Cup:
...but Little Cup's simulator usage has dropped so low, and there've been so many shake-ups to the tier in the past few months, that I really would put absolutely zero stock in this banlist.
