NOTE: Mimic is a move used to copy another move, so it can be used on the following actions. It doesn't copy and fire the move on the same action (that is Mirror Move, which doesn't copy for the following turns). So, the way you put it, the target for the copy is Zweilous and you intend to copy Ice Beam, but Zweilous doesn't have Ice Beam, so that is an invalid move. If you intended to copy Ice Beam from Piplup and then use it against Zweilous, we were supposed to order "Mimic (Ice Beam)@Piplup - Ice Beam @Zweilous". Since it is on a sub, the rule is that I ignore it alltogether, hence the psychic.
