Overview: Chatot's extreme fraility and lack of movepool make it seem out classed by many special sweepers,however the one thing that makes Chatot useable is immunity to Ground and Ghost type attacks,and access to Nasty Plot.Just be sure not to laugh if you see someone with Chatot one your team because it will wipe that smile off your face.

Why this set deserves to be on site:
-Chatot can switch into Pokemon locked into Rock or Ghost type moves and set up Nasty Plot.
-One of the few Pokemon with access to Encore and Nasty Plot.
-High speed and spA stat.
-Outpaces a large majority of the tier.

-Expert Belt over Life Orb.
-Modest over Timid although you won't be able to speed tie with Rotom any more.
-Hidden Power grass over Hidden Power Water for hitting Milotic.

-Stealth Rock support allows you teg kills you normally wouldnt.

-Catches many of its regular counters of guard when they try to swtch in predicting Nasty Plot.
-One of the only pokemon in the tier with both an immunity to Ground and Ghost type moves as well as high spe and spA.

-Spikes support,athough it is not required,it can still be helpful.
-Although this set can beat most of its usual counters,you should still use Weezing for walling Hitmntop.

Why this set deserves to be on site:
-Hits an outstanding speed and spA number after Nasty Plot and Salac Berry.
-Can beat Hitmontop if sub is up.
-Turns Absol into set up bait.
-Sets up on Chansey easily.
Additional Comments:
-Hidden Power Grass for hitting Milotic,although Milotic takes a serious beating from Hyper Voice.
-If you use Petaya Berry the strategy is to set up a Subsitute,then use Agillity and proceed to sub untill Petaya activates.
Team Options:
-Stealth Rock support.
-Spikes support can be used if you want to get some OHKO'S you don't normally get.
Other Options:
-On the Encore+Nasty Plot set Leftovers can be used if you want to live longer,but since Chatot is so frail it wont make much use of Leftovers.
-Chatter can be used on most of the sets for another STAB move,but Heat Wave still has a higher Base Power.
Counters:
- I know you dont want to belive it but it is extemly hard to Counter Chatot. Chatots Counters are mainly anything Holding Choice Scarf,Hitmontop and Absol and Arcanine.
