Everyone in the stadium is going crazy here. Cheering out the name of their favorite trainer and pokemon. Lyris and Terrador don't seem to take notice though. Their too focused on the battle at this point. Terrador shouts something to Beau which I can't hear over the shouting, but it seems like Beau managed to pick it up. Seems like Bulbasaurs have better hearing than I thought. Beau wastes no time in taking his trainer's advice and begins moving in slightly closer to Oshawott. All of a sudden a red beam of light is shot out of the bulb on Beau's back and it engulfs Oshawott. It seems as though Beau is using the beam of light to steal some of Oshawott's HP and heal himself. This seems to be the work of a giga drain. It does massive damage and Beau seems to be looking both healthier and more refreshed. Oshawott now a lot weaker, responds by running up to Beau and shooting a beam of ice at point blank range. This does some good super-effective damage and puts Beau back where he was at the start of the round. Oshawott doesn't let up and follows up with a deadly fury cutter. This doesn't do that much damage but it seems that Oshawott has a trick up her sleeve. Beau, blow back by the slightly quicker reactions that Oshawott had, decides that he should get in some more damage. Once again he shoots poison from the bulb on his back for a venoshock. The poison rains down on Oshawott and the venom seeps into Oshawott's poisoned body once more. The poison merges with the the toxins already inside Oshawott's making it excruciatingly painful. Oshawott pushes through the pain and goes in for another fury cutter. This one does far more damage than the previous one. Beau however sees that the end is near for Oshawott and releases another giga drain for massive super-effective damage and regains some more of his health. Oshwott isn't as lucky though, she's just on the verge of fainting. And she's poisoned.

Erm... Oshawatt's should be KO'd; Giga Drain does 23 (x2, because two hits, =56), Venoshock does 21 (adding up to 67 DMG thus far), and it takes 4 Toxic DMG before bieng KO'd. Beau's health therefore decreases to 58, as a 21 DMG Giga Drain for the KO would only yield 11 HP instead of the 12 given by a Giga Drain doing 22 or 23 DMG.

The crowd is getting excited, they can tell that the end is near and that soon the loser will be beheaded like in that old Inca game. But don't worry it's just a metaphorical beheading for the loser. Lyris calls out Zorroa to hopefully turn things around. Zorroa looks at her opponent and snarls at his bad looks. Beau suddenly feels self-conscious and confused and and a little hurt on the inside for a critical hit. Beau looks a little dazed but alright, he decides to attack anyways. He starts to spew toxic gas from the bulb on his back, Zorroa tries to get away from the gas but the poison seeps into her pores. Zorroa knows that she's going to have to end this quickly so she concentrates all her psychic powers and hits Beau in the back of the head with and extrasensory. Beau, a little surprised by the smack in the back of the head, angrily fires a powder that is making me a little sleepy. Sadly for Beau, a strong breeze enters the arena and blows the powder away causing it to miss. Zorroa, somewhat relieved, tries another extrasensory. This hits Beau right in the back of the head once again. Angry about being hit so many times in the back of the head, Beau fires another one of his deadly giga drains at Zorroa. He then steals some of her health.

The Tank
Zorroa ready to takeout the nearly fainted Beau charges in and flips over onto her back and starts to cry. What kind of a tactic is this? I don't wanna seen some stupid fake tears. Beau falls for the trap though and goes over to investigate the poor helpless fox. All of a sudden Beau fires another one of his deadly venoshocks right at Zorroa. Because she's poisoned it does massive damage to her. Despite the pain Zorroa gets up and hits Beau in the back of the head with an extrasensory. Beau, angry with this, decides to let out the last of his power into a single petal dance. He attacks with all his might for some very good damage. Zorroa realizes that she has to finish this and attacks with a pulse of dark waves. Beau is on his final bit of energy but still manages to pull off one final petal dance. It strikes Zorroa for some massive damage, but wait it looks like Beau isn't getting up.
