Flamestrike's final pokemon, Gatorstrike the Totodile (anyone see a pattern here?), appears on the lighted stage and approaches the (un)steel-type pokemon (odds of two Canadians not getting this reference anyone). Or not, as it turns out, as he dives into the ground. Rocky anticipates an attack as it bolsters its Defense stat. Gatorstrike pops out of the ground, but Beldum's hardened exterior causes some recoil damage to Totodile. Gatorstrike then charges at Rocky, backed by a flurry of water, causing Rocky to flinch. Gatorstrike jumps into the hole it made previously and Rocky makes its defenses even stronger, causing Totodile to receive recoil damage again.
