For the arena, I quite fancy Objection's clock face...

This arena resembles a giant version of the face of Prague’s Astronomical Clock. There is a moat around the edge of the arena but there are no natural elements such as grass nearby. The flow of time in this arena can change radically with the following effects:
Normal time flow - nothing special.
Fast time flow - every pokemon's attack and special attack ranks are multiplied by 1.5 with halves rounded up; every pokemon has +1 evasion.
Slow time flow - every pokemon's defence and special defence ranks are multiplied by 1.5 with halves rounded up; every pokemon has +1 accuracy.
Reverse time flow - turn order is completely reversed (ie, higher priority attacks happen after lower priority ones and a slower mon's attack happens before a faster mon's one of the same priority); for attacks with a charge-up or evasive action (eg, Focus Punch, Sky Attack, Dig), swap the priorities of the charge-up/evasive action and attacking action before reversing the turn order; the "cooldown" action for combos occurs on the action before the combo is executed rather than after.
Crazy time flow - turn order is randomised, disregarding priority and speed completely; attacks with a charge-up or evasive action still have that action occur before the attacking action.
Round 1 has normal time flow, then at the end of every round, each of the five time flows has an equal chance of being chosen for the next round. A time flow's effects remain until the time flow changes to something else.

Rebble fires off an Earth Power at Magneton, causing big damage. Magneton covers its team with a Light Screen. Snivy fires off an Energy Ball at Wartortle. Shelgon uses Hydro Pump, hitting Rebble hard. Wartortle also hits Shelgon with a Scald. Squirtle hits Shelgon with Ice Beam.

The Royal Guard, you need to specify a target for Disable as well as a move, I'm a nice ref and knew who you meant, but other refs aren't so nice.

The burnt Rebble decides to go into a troll mood and uses Disable on Wartortle's Ice Beam. Magneton fires off a Thunderbolt at Squirtle. Snivy decides to put some Leech Seeds on Magneton. Wartortle tried to use Ice Beam on Snivy. but it was Disabled. Shelgon fires off yet another Hydro Pump at Rebble. Squirtle shoots the Thunderbolt back at Magneton with Mirror Coat.

Rebble now Disables Magneton's Thunderbolt. Magneton can't do anything while Snivy Leech Seeds Wartortle. Wartortle ended up STRUGGLING to find a move to use. Shelgon attacks Squirtle with a Dragon Claw, but ends up getting hit with an Ice Beam from Squirtle. Rebble's Burn gets to be too much, and it faints from the pain.

After being stuck for what seemed like days, the time inally starts moving forward, and in wat way, the room starts rotating faster and faster, infusing the battlers inside with the rush they wated to end this in the most powerful way possible, as everyone starts moving faster then time itself, many weird things are bound to happen.

Electronica appears to be the first to acomodate in this new weird space, shoting some signal directly against the little Eirlasdar, the data travers fast in line, and cuts snivy's leaves like they're not even there, doing extra damage for the speed which they use to get trough her, the colorful ray continues to infinty and dissapears, but nor like that Eirlasdar's remorse, no that's only starting, but sadly for her, she can't destroy Electronica just yet as she ressist anything she can trow at her, but there is one member she can pass all of that anger to, whit a quick piruette, and a bounce using her tail she positions herself behind OG, and proceds to suck some life out of him, it's just enough to do some damage, but sadly, his own crystal shield protects him rom an ever bigger hit, so Elphalpa being close to the actions reacts impulsed by the improved verion of time, and shots a flamethrower that traverls trough the aitr in no time, almost apearing against snivy before he shot it, OG doesn0t really feel the heat inside his shell, but Snivy definetly enhoyed it, and how much, since it eed her to the flames and they spit he out in the wild, damagin hardly, and leaving her for almost dead, not this time. As OG tries to recover he starts rolling, but his shell blocks the view, not letting him see that snivy was already shot backwrds thanks to Elphaba's fire attack, well, it doesn't bother him, his new target being Sumvin, who doesn't seem to be too worried, what?, he's just there yawning, it's so boing, even to the point of... aaahhh...

Electronica tries to use her secret weapon, a creation of little orbs of orange hot energy, specifcally designed to damage her foes, and what design, they surely damage Eirlasdar, who's body is touched by some of this flaming orbs, and damaged (even more because of all the burns in her sensitive skin) her beautiul green exterior, who's on the edge, and any attack right now would do the trick, but she's not dead, and she can regain even more power, she jups once again over OG, but this time, knowing his little tricks, she waits for him to hide himsel, and proceds to use her paws to block the entrancs, using her long and thin body to get into the shell and suck his energy much better than anyone before, absorbing a bit of life, and damaging some of it's foes in the process, if her leech seeds love her, and try to keep her healthy, then she's gonna sooo use that change, Elphaba tries to use her new speed to get close to Eirlastar, but she's just too damn fast, and she can't even touch her with his claws, not even rosing her with the tip, so sad, as she was probably in KO range, OG, can't let his shell thanks to the energy he just had drained still doesn't let him move, but don't be too hard on him, talking about useless you can see Sumvin, who has just sut there, not doing anything, or is it, well i guess we'll find out later, keep with us to find out
