Speaking of them, Arthur is looking for Sam for a Faint Attack, but the dragon is already gone, so the attack failed. The same can't be said about the newcomer Darumaka, but managed to greet Gible with a very powerful, hustle-boosted Thrash.
Now 2 vs 1, TIO's team take advantage of that, as Scraggy Fake outs Gible to stop it from attacking, while Darumaka continues to Thrash. Finally, Gible is able to create another Earthquake before taking two critical hits from Retaliate and Thrash.
And we are down to the last 4 pokemon! this battle is heading towards the end!

So this is the last round (spoilers!). Let's see the tactics they used, k?
First of all we see the newcomer Horsea getting pumped with Focus Energy while his opponent Darumaka...facepalms itself due to confusion.
On the other side, while Gible was waiting for his orders, a very tired Scraggy punches it right on the face and both faint! Gible due to damage and Scraggy due to lack of energy.
Now we are down to a confused Darumaka vs a pumped and healthy Horsea. Yeah...I think I know who'll win.
And to prove my point, Darumaka overcomes confusion, but misses~his attack, while Horsea ends the match with a Combo of Brine + Brine that KOes the Gorilla!
