Up against the ropes, Elevator Music sends in his final Pokemon and ace in the hole, Necturna, against the weakened Krillowatt. Ordering second, he looks to set himself up with an advantage against dogfish's final two Pokemon. First off the bat Krillowatt takes a breather from its last attack, a powerful combo. Necturna uses this free turn to blast the Krill with a devastating Leaf Storm, following that up with a brutal Power Whip while Krillowatt summons an Icy Wind. Necturna should be at -1 SpA. Also, you forgot to factor in Expert Belt into Necturna's attacks, so Krilowatt should be at 56 HP (Leaf Storm does 30.75 and Power Whip does 30).
