I still should have Light Acreen for 1 action because I moved after Starmie when I set it up.
I have the backing of another ASB Moderator on the matter - Light Screen decays one stage at the end of each action, not the end of your opponent's action. And yes, that DOES mean that slower mons using Light Screen only get an effective 5a of LS in singles.
