Hmm, I sense that that Dratini might evolve...ugh this will be a tough battle.

Well the match hasn't even started, and I've made my first typo. Its Dragonair, not Dratini (check the hide tags and the sprite in the pm I sent, and those are Dragonair's stats, not Dratini's).

GO HERMES! Start things off with a Thunder Wave. Next use Rain Dance and follow up with Thunder.

Okay, Scyther, this is going to be a tough one. First, I want you to boost up with Swords Dance and, hopefully not getting fully paralyzed, follow up with Wing Attack and then another Wing Attack.

Hit hard and fast.

Round One Start!

Welcome to the ASB Tournament Arena for just a regular battle, where the match begins... now.
Both Trainers send out their Pokemon which just happen to be… a Scyther and a Dragonair. Scyther starts off by Dancing with Swords to boost his Attack, however Hermes is unfazed by this display and fires a Thunder Wave, paralysing Scyther. This lets Hermes go first and he makes the most of it by Dancing again, but this time for Rain. Hermes tries to move and… is successful, dashing at Hermes with a Wing Attack. It deals modest damage to the Dragon. Hermes then finds it’s target with a perfectly accurate Thunder. Scytherthen finishes with another Wing Attack that does the same damage.

Thunder Wave – Success (-7 energy)
Rain Dance – Success (-10 energy)

Scyther starts off by trying to dance but is Fully Paralysed. Hermes makes the most of this and hits it with a Thunder again. Scyther then dashes towards Hermes and Attacks with it’s Wings. Dragonair then manages to launch an off balance Ice Beam directly to the face of Scyther. This however does not freeze. Scyther however does not move again due to the Paralysis that is taking over his body. Hermes feigns to help but aunches another Thunder while Scyther is down

Although Scyther is paralysed Hermes is showing no mercy!!. He demonstrates this by launching a powerful Thunder right at him. Scyther, although slowed by paralysis does not care and launches another Wing Attack at Hermes. He then tries to follow this up with one last quick attack but the Paralysis kicks in once more, sealing his fate. He resigns to his destiny as Hermes launches one final Ice Beam that KO’s Scyther

After the loss of his good friend Scyther, Detroit sends out a Larvitar. However, before he can move he is hit by a strong Waterfall from Hermes. When he picks himself up, he starts Dancing like a Dragon (lot of dancing happening here). Larvitar – now faster - starts shaking the entire arena, as if it were creating an Earthquake or something. To conserve energy Hermes then fires off a strong Ice Beam which hits Larvitar square on. Amidst the shaking and bumping of the arena Larvitar charges at Hermes with an Iron Head. To end the round, Hermes manages to launch another Waterfall at Larvitar
