Hi don't post until completion. Errors should be VMed.

Anyways welcome to this battle between users Texas Cloverleaf & Steampowered. Here is the rundown of this battle...
Alright, second (first was a huge rush) CAP ASB match, as such this is a Beginner Battle

Chooses Number of Pokemon per side: 2
Chooses Match Type (Singles/Doubles/Triples): singles
Chooses Disqualification (DQ) Time: 3 days
Chooses Restricted Moves: no restrictions
Chooses Arena: Cerulean Gym
Sends Out Pokemon First: Me
I'mma take you on!!!

Switch= KO
Abilities: one
Items: none

All that's left is a ref
Arena: Cerulean Gym

Yes, the gym owned by Misty. It's changed over the years, but in this incarnation, there's a swimming pool in the middle & to one side, there is a whole bunch of umbrella's & inflatable tubes & whatnot. There is a staircase that leads up to the Gym Leader's perch, where I'll be calling the shots. The pool is about 2.5 metres deep & there are swimming ropes floating at the surface. The entire arena is made up of tiles & there is no rocks around, so no Rock Slide...Maybe those tubes will come in handy...Also, seismic moves are not recommended, otherwise Misty will be cross with what had happened, forcing me to hand whoever made the move the damage bill.

ORDER OF OPERATIONS
0. TEXAS CLOVERLEAF SENDS ME HIS TEAM!!!
1. Texas Cloverleaf sends out his Pokemon
2. Steampowered sends out his Pokemon.
3. Steampowered issues actions.
4. Texas Cloverleaf issues actions.
5. I ref.
6. Texas Cloverleaf issues actions.
7. Steampowered issues actions.
8. I ref.
9. Repeat from step 3 until we have a winner.

And that's about it. Looking forward to some clean fighting for you two. Texas is first, after he sends me his team. After that, he can post right away without waiting for me, then refer to the OOO for the order.

Where are the teams?!?

anyways i'll be leading with Cello the Snivy with Overgrow

Alright Cello, let's win! Start with a Double Team (3 clones) to confuse him and piss him off follow Swagger to confuse him even more, finish up with Toxic to get in some good damage that will help us later on.

If you see any Status Move (Hypnosis, Toxic) coming towards you (or the real you if you're already double teamed) then protect yourself be fireing a Leaf Tornado around yourself and push all acuios to the right, blowing away the Toxic and blocking the Hypnosis

Alright, we outspeed, so start by firing a Toxic to prevent the clone set up, them blast Snivy with an Ice Beam and finally, call up a Surf to block the Toxic from getting through.

ROUND ONE: Status Quo

Ahh, yes, time for Round One of this battle between two Canadians, one named Texas Cloverleaf, & the other named Steampowered. I'm here today with my Gastrodon, so any water flinging towards me will be absorbed, as the two rivals shake each others hands, say their gl's & hf's & get the battle underway. I recap the rules & officially begin the battle in this indoor arena. Texas was first, & he sends out his Feebas, named Leia! Steampowered responds with a Snivy named Cello, in the hope to gain the type advantage! What will happen this opening round? Well, let's read on.

Opening action of the match, & Leia is situated in the pool, while Cello is on one of the starting blocks that line the west side of the gym. Leia sees this opportunity to open the match with a Toxic! She shoots a ball of toxic sludge at Cello in an attempt to fatally poison him! Cello sees this & tries to intercept with a Leaf Tornado! Cello starts spinning around on the block with leaves surrounding him, in an attempt to block the ball of sludge, but unfortunately, Cello timed his intercept a little bit too late. As he stops spinning, he starts to feel a little bit sick! It must've been from the Toxic that Leia launched, & as a result, Cello was Fatally Poisoned.

Second action now, & neither Pokemon have budged. So Leia attempts to knock Cello off his starting block with Ice Beam! She shoots a cold beam of ice from her mouth, aiming the beam at Cello, & hitting him dead on! Its Super Effective! Cello is knocked off the starting block & is now out of Leia's sight! Cello gets back up off the ground & sees this as an opportunity to get off a Double Team while he's out of Leia's sight! Cello focuses his mind, & then summons 3 Clones of himself that scatter around the pool, confusing Leia as 4 Cellos appear in the arena.

Last action of Round One, & Leia's still in the centre of the pool, while I don't have a clue where the real Cello is. But then, Leia has a bright idea! She uses Surf! She conjures up a wave from the pool, & crashes the water in all directions, ensuring that Cello would be hit! Its not very effective...Cello takes a hit & hits the wall as his clones dissipate before his eyes! But he isn't finished yet, as he shows his Swagger! Jumping up onto a Starting Block overlooking Leia, Cello shows his true inner Smugleaf, making himself look buff in front of Leia! Leia becomes angry, raising her Attack by 2 Stages, but she also becomes Confused, as the round ends!

That concludes Round 1, & he two were in the same spots as they were in the beginning, with Leia still at the centre of the pool, & Cello on top of the same starting block as before. That concludes Round One, what will happen Round Two? Well, we'll have to wait until these two issue their actions...

ROUND TWO: Attack of the Smugleaves

And we're back for Round Two of this match against Texas Cloverleaf & Steampowered! Recapping the previous round, & Leia got off to a good start while Cello, well...didn't. Leia's in the middle of the Swimming Pool & Cello's on top of a starting block. There is water on the floor, so it is slippery out there as this match kicks into the next gear! What will happen this round? The only way to find out is to read on, of course!

Well, to open with, Leia is fighting confusion, feeling as if she was in a state of vertigo, but she ends up overcoming it & firing off an Ice Beam! Leia opens her mouth & out of it comes a cold beam of solid ice, which strikes Cello in the face! Its Super Effective! Cello is knocked off the starting block as he hits the deck, before getting up, making his way back on the starting block, & uses Toxic! He creates a ball of poisonous sludge from his mouth, places it in his hands, & then hurls the sludge at Leia! He was dead-on accurate, as the sludge hits Leia, Fatally Poisoning her, & putting her through the same pain as he's going through at the moment!

Now for the second action of the round, & it turns out that Fatal Poison & Confusion do not mix well, especially for Leia, still in that same spot as before in the centre of the pool. This combo, which I'll refer to as Toxifusion, made Leia even more disorientated than before, disorientated enough that instead of carrying on with the Ice Beam, Leia ended up slapping herself with her tail, as if she had a blood-alcohol reading of 0.15. Cello took advantage of this using Magical Leaf! Spinning his tail around, he conjured up a few leaves, which he then flung them at Leia before landing on the starting block in a sitting-down position. The leaves homed in on Leia & struck her in the side! Its Super Effective! Leia is sent back a few paces as Action Two ends.

Final Action for the round, & Toxifusion is still not doing Leia any favours, still acting like an alcoholic & slapping herself with her tail, so I won't expand there, but on the other hand, Cello does indeed carry on his trainer's actions & used Leaf Tornado! Well, first, Cello needs to get close to Leia & she's in the centre of the pool. How's Cello going to get to Leia? The Swimming ropes, of course! However, Cello needs to be careful going across, considering their tendency to spin...So, step by step, Cello slowly gets closer to Leia, trying not to fall over. He get's into range of Leia, before launching his Leaf Tornado, conjuring up leaves in a spinning motion! Unfortunately, Cello loses his balance & falls back into the pool, struggling to stay afloat, before clinging onto a swimming rope, unhappy over his missed Leaf Tornado...Next time, maybe...

Well, that's the end of the round, & the two are 3 metres & one swimming rope apart from each other in the pool. Leia's back to that same old boring position, while Cello hangs onto a swimming rope. There is standing water outside the swimming pool so it's still very slippery out there, so be careful there. Cello, now in the water, looks like this next round's going to be a rough one. That's all for this round, what will happen next round? Well, we'll have to wait now while these two trainers issue actions...

Go Steampowered. Do take into account the current state of the arena, I've had fun reffing this round, so a little bit more creativity & next round could have popcorn filled narration! :)

Alright Cello, this one is easy,

Start with a Magical Leaf, follow with a Leaf Tornado but in the water this time, this will create suction in the water and pull Leia into the tornado meaning that it can't miss! Finish with another Magical Leaf for even more damage.

If you ever see her preparing for a Mirror Coat use Swagger insead and bump all actions down one

Alright Leia, keep up the offense. First use Ice Beam for the damage. That Leaf Tornado looks nasty, so use Ice Beam gain, but this time on yourself, coating yourself in Ice, meaning that when you get drawn into the center of the whirlpool you will crash into Cello for massive damage, the Ice also blocking the leaves.

Massive wall of bold out of the way, finish up with another Ice Beam (if unfrozen) or a Dragon Pulse (if fully frozen).

ROUND THREE: Aquatic Warfare...

Well, would you believe it, it's time for Round 3 of this ASB Match between Texas Cloverleaf & Steampowered! A quick recap of the previous round & there was a slippery floor, Leia acted like an alcoholic, & Cello found himself in the swimming pool after an attempt to deal damage to Leia with a Leaf Tornado! Just a Swimming Rope separates the two, with Cello clinging onto one, it appears that the next round will be a tough one for the Snivy in unfamiliar territory against a fish with Magikarp-esque strength. How will Cello strike back? Will Leia use "home-ground advantage" to give Texas Cloverleaf the advantage? What exactly will happen this round? Well, of course, the only way to find out is to read on, which I think you should do...

Well, to kick things off, Leia snaps out of her confusion & starts with an Ice Beam! Noticing that Cello is clinging onto the Swimming Rope, she fires a cold beam of ice from her mouth at Cello, narrowly missing the Swimming Rope & whacking Cello in the head! Its Super Effective! Cello is used to the Ice Beams, however, & tenaciously clings on to the rope to a degree that when the beam stops, he's still in the same spot as before. From there, Cello goes ahead & uses Magical Leaf! Cello waves his tail while hanging onto the rope & then flicks it in Leia's direction, summoning several glowing leaves which home in on Leia & strike her, hitting a weak spot in the process! A Critical Hit! Its Super Effective! Leia slumps back into the water upon impact before resurfacing a few seconds later with a glint in her eye, as if she's ready to wreak havoc on Cello.

Second action now, & Leia notices that Cello is preparing something nasty for her, so in preparation, she uses Ice Beam on herself! Leia fires a cold beam of ice from her mouth aiming at her tail! Its not very effective...Leia was meant to freeze her tail, but she ends up overdoing it & she freezes herself, turning herself into an Ice Cube, which almost immediately began to melt, since Leia is in the water...But in time, Cello unleashes a Leaf Tornado! Cello starts spinning her tail fast, before letting go & unleashing it! However, the fact that it happens in the pool means that the Leaf Tornado becomes a Grass/Water Type move! It creates a whirlpool-esque cyclone that sucks Leia in & detaches a few swimming ropes! The whirlpool ends abruptly though when the frozen Leia hits Cello & they both take damage! On top of this, Leia was sent upwards by the tornado before thawing out & sent flying, hitting one of the walls of the gym with a loud thud, before falling to the ground, which now has even more standing water. Leia at this point, started flopping about being out of the water, & Cello found another Swimming Rope & is hanging on to it.

Last action of the round, & Leia opens with yet another Ice Beam! Leia is positioned behind a starting block, so it will be hard for Leia to hit Cello, but through endless flopping, she sees Cello & fires a cold beam of ice from her mouth at the peak of her flop, managing to hit Cello! Its Super Effective! Cello like last time, withstands the impact of the Ice Beam & hangs on to a swimming rope, before replying with a Magical Leaf! Cello waves his tail while hanging onto the rope & then flicks it in Leia's direction, summoning several glowing leaves which home in on Leia, make their way around the Starting Blocks, & strike her head on! Its Super Effective! At this point, Leia finds the leaves too much & stops flopping, her eyes replaced with replaced with swirls. "Leia is unable to battle! Cello wins!" I call, knowing that Leia was no longer able to take part. Cello raises a fist in celebration while Texas sends Leia back into her Poke Ball, ready to send out his final Pokemon.

Cello is located in the swimming pool, hanging onto a swimming rope, near the entrance to the gym. There are loose Swimming ropes present on the gym floor & there is a lot of standing water present on the floor, as well as a lot of leaves. Misty won't be impressed...The floor is also incredibly slippery as well, so be careful out there. And after all that, the round comes to an end. Whew! And after all that writing too...What will happen next round? Wait until these two issue actions...

I send out Behemoth the Monohm.
Finish off Cello with Signal Beam x3
If Cello ever uses Toxic, set up a defensive Twister to block the Toxic waste.

Good job Cello,

Good thing that we just barley out speed him, Double Team (3 clones) and get out of the water, follow up with a Swagger to piss him off and finish with a Mirror Coat

ROUND FOUR: The Culling Of the Clones...

Ahh yes, looks like it's time for Round 4 of this match eh? Well, here's a quick recap of the last round: Leia & Cello were in the swimming pool, Cello creates a massive whirlpool & Leia faints with the last action of the round, giving Steampowered a 2-1 lead. In return, Texas Cloverleaf sends out a Monohm named Behemoth to avenge her death. Now, the question is: What will happen this round? The only way to possibly find out is to read on...

Well, to begin with, Cello, who's located clinging onto a Swimming Rope, uses Double Team! Cello focuses, then conjures up 3 Clones of himself which all cling onto the same Swimming Rope as Cello in an attempt to confuse Behemoth! Behemoth, located on a starting block, is confused by this, but she takes a stab in the dark & fires at one of the Cello's with a Signal Beam! Behemoth fires a strange beam from her mouth & hits one of the Cello's with it, & would you believe it, Behemoth got lucky & hit the real Cello! Ouch...The impact dissipates all the clones & knocks Cello off his Swimming Rope & into the pool, before resurfacing seconds later with swirls instead of eyes. "Cello is unable to battle! Behemoth wins!" I call as Texas lets out a sigh of relief, while Steampowered sends Cello back into his Poke Ball, grumbling something about hax or something, ready to send out his final Pokemon...

Nothing's changed about the arena since last time, slippery, leaf-filled floor, maybe this will suit Behemoth...Behemoth's situated on the top of a starting block, as a short Round 4 comes to an end. What will happen Round 5? Wait until these two issue actions...

Ok then, our my next pokemon will be Storm the Dratini with Shed Skin

this is the water gym right? well that's perfect, water is a Dratini's natural environment

Alright Storm this is easy, start with a Thunder Wave to slow him down, follow up with a Dragon Dance and finish with Dragon Rush

the first time that he attacks you with Dragon Pulse and it's on the 2nd or 3rd action, replace that action with an evasive Agility

Start out with a Dragon Pulse for damage.

Then utilise all of the evaporated water to create Rain Clouds with your Rain Dance.

Finally, blast away his attempt to rush you with a Hydro Pump.

ROUND FIVE: Where EVERYTHING Gets Wetter...

Well, we're back for Round 5 now! Recapping last round, & Behemoth came in for Texas & quickly leveled the scores at 1-1. To compensate for this, Steampowered sends in his final Pokemon: Storm the Dratini! Storm lands on a Starting Block of the gym, where most of the action happens...How will Storm fare against a healthy Behemoth? Have the tables turned on one of the combatants? What will happen this round? These questions will be answered should you decide to read on...

First action now, & Behemoth opens with a Dragon Pulse! Behemoth opens her mouth & launches draconic energy aimed at Storm! The energy reaches Storm & hits him! Its Super Effective! Storm slumps back & is knocked off the starting block! Angry at this, Storm decides to use Thunder Wave! Storm jumps up & shoots an electrical energy from his mouth! Unfortunately, it hits a starting block...But suddenly, The entire arena lets off an electrical energy, paralysing both Storm & Behemoth! How was this possible? Simple. Water conducts electricity, didn't you learn that in school or something? Anyways, Following that, Storm gets angry over how Thunder Wave went & went ahead to Shed his Skin, removing his paralysis & he now hopes for better luck now...

Time for the second action of the round, & Storm, located on the floor in-between Starting Blocks, decides to pull off a Dragon Dance! Hidden from Behemoth, Storm does a random dance that seemingly looks pointless, but it isn't, as it raises his Attack & Speed by 1 Stage! Behemoth, still on a starting block, cannot locate Storm, but she decides to buy some time by using Rain Dance! Behemoth does a dance, before evaporating the water on the floor & turning it into a whole bunch of dark clouds. Then the clouds look like they want to relieve themselves by launching torrential rain on the entire arena, & making the floor slippery again! This is making thing look even rougher for both as the elements play their role on this battle...

Last action of the round now, & Storm opens with a Dragon Rush! Storm jumps onto a starting block & starts to rush at Behemoth! Unfortunately, it seems that Storm forgot that jumps are required to reach Behemoth...And as a result, Storm forgot to jump & collided with a Starting Block, taking minor damage & falling into the pool! Behemoth sees this & uses Hydro Pump! Behemoth takes aim at Storm & blasts him with a big jet of water! Its not very effective...But the teeming rain boosted the power of the attack it seems! So, Storm takes damage & is submerged in the water before resurfacing a couple of seconds later as the rain continues to fall...

The two are roughly 5 metres apart, with Behemoth on a Starting Block, & Storm in the pool. Unchanged arena, except for the rain, though...What will happen next round? Wait until these two issue actions...

ROUND SIX: Playing Games with Jirachi...

Ahh yes, time for round six of this match between these two Canadians. Recapping last round, & it seemed that Behemoth gained the upper hand as the rain started teeming down here. Behemoth's on a Starting Block, & Storm's in the Swimming Pool. Enough talk, time for the actions.

To Begin with, from the pool, Storm uses Agility! Storm relaxes his body, raising his Speed by two stages, & in addition, he's also preparing to evade Behemoth's next move! Behemoth, slow & electricity filled, goes ahead & replies with a Dragon Pulse! Behemoth goes ahead & shoots a Draconic Energy from her mouth, aiming at Storm...Oh, wait, where did Storm go? He must've successfully dodged Behemoth's Dragon Pulse! (NOTE: Dragon Pulse had a 78% Chance of hitting, due to the evasion formula) Behemoth looks stunned by this, as action one ends.

Second action, & while trying to find Storm, Behemoth feels electricity pulsating through her, before it gets stronger & stuns Behemoth, fully paralysing her on the Swimming Block & leaving her wide open to Storm's next attack! Storm takes this opportunity with open arms...err...tails...err...whatever, & launches a nasty Dragon Tail! Its Super Effective! Storm comes up behind the paralysed Behemoth, & wallops her with his tail, tripping & knocking Behemoth into the water, as action two finishes.

Final action of the round, & from a Starting Block, Storm launches a Dragon Rush! Storm takes a leap, before enveloping himself in a draconic-esque energy & charging at the partially submerged Behemoth like a bullet released from a shotgun! Its Super Effective! Storm whacks Behemoth & pulls her to the bottom of the pool in an attempt to drown Behemoth, but Behemoth had other ideas, overcoming paralysis to launch an underwater Dragon Pulse! Behemoth releases a pulse of Draconic Energy from her mouth, aiming at Storm, & hitting Storm in a weak spot! A Critical Hit! Its Super Effective! Storm is blasted out of the pool before dropping back in, as Behemoth, struggling for air, resurfaces, as the rain continues to fall...

Both Pokemon are on the surface of the pool, 7 metres apart, & no-one clinging/coiling onto a Swimming Rope. Fairly unchanged arena, however, but one thing's for certain, don't miss out on the exciting conclusion to this battle next!

Alrightio, time for what should be the final round of this battle between Texas Cloverleaf & Steampowered! Can Behemoth capitalise & turn his advantage into a win? Or will Storm snatch victory from the jaws of defeat? Well, what are you waiting for? Read on.

The battle begins with both on the water & Behemoth uses Thunder! Behemoth launches a massive bolt of Thunder which strikes Storm! Its not very effective...But the Bolt's strength is increased by the rain & the fact that they're both in the pool! Storm barely survives & responds with a Dragon Tail! Storm wades across the water before whacking Behemoth with his tail! Its Super Effective! Behemoth takes damage & slumps further back into the water as Action One ends.

Second action, & with both in the water, Storm decides to further continue his assault on Behemoth with a Dragon Rush! From the water, Storm envelops himself in a Draconic energy, before striking at Behemoth, hitting him head on! Its Super Effective! Behemoth takes even more damage & the attack had enough force to make Behemoth cringe, flinching upon impact!
