Turn One:

"Alright, Poliwag! Stare into the eyes of the little critter in front of you, and put him into a sleep with Hypnosis!"
"A hypnosis?! We can't let that happen, eh? Let's Protect ourselves from that silly little trick.

Following orders, Scraggy put up a special barrier around him, protecting him from all attacks that turn. Poliwag then tried to put his opponent into a deep sleep with Hypnosis, but it misses!

"Please stop! You might hurt the plant life! Sure, the Hypnosis missed, but what if something does get hit!"

Turn 2:
"Hmm. If the person screaming at us doesn't want us to hurt the plant life, then Surf! That should help the plant life, not hurt it."

"He's going to Surf? But we're in a battle! Teach the little squirt a lesson with Payback!

The Poliwag listens to it's owner, summoning up a huge wave, and then begins to Surf on it! The plants seem joyed about it, quickly rejuvenating themselves. Sadly, the little lizard got the bad side of it, losing 13 HP in the process. Soaking wet and steaming mad, (mind tricks ftw) the Scraggy rushes up to the toad, and strikes the guy with all his anger, using Payback! The Poliwag feels it's first sting of pain, and loses 16 HP!

"I appreciate you watering the plants, but it's still dangerous! Please be careful...

Turn 3:
"The plants seem to like our little attack, Poliwag! Use Surf again!"
"Let's try to finish it off! Hi Jump Kick!"

As a good Pokemon should, both Pokemon listened, but the Poliwag went first, using a Surf! However, this time, the plants repaid the toad's kindness, and turned it into a critical hit somehow! The dressed up creature didn't like that, but loses 16 HP! The lizard then proceeded to do this. It said Hi in it's own language, then jumped up intot he air, and did a Hi Jump Kick! The little Poliwag took an mindblowing 19 HP lost!

"Alright, I give up. Just please don't hurt the plants..."

Alright Muggsy, start off with a Dragon Dance, followed by another Hi Jump Kick then another Payback. If he tries Hypnosis again, use Protect instead of your current action.
 
Start with Surf, then use Dig to avoid the kick and deal some nice recoil. After that minimise the risk of Payback by using Rain Dance.
