Arena... something stolen from the compendium:
Field Type- Water/Flying/Grass
Complexity- Moderate
Format- Singles, Doubles
Restrictions- No weather, Pokemon Over 110 pounds cannot battle here

Lily Pad Lake: Deep in the Eterna Forest lies a serene lake topped with larger than life lily pads. If trainers aren’t battling you can see many different kinds of wild pokemon jumping and playing on the lily pads. All of the pads are roughly the same size (three feet long and wide) and are anchored to their spot. They also hold an incredible amount of weight; up to two hundred pounds! If anything heavier hits the lily pads they will sink. The pond itself is very shallow at the edges, but it gets as deep as thirty feet when you reach the center. For the battle all pokemon must be either in, on, or above the lake; a pokemon cannot walk around the lake or stay at its shore. The weather is lovely this time of year, but the tall canopy covers most sunlight, bathing the lake in cool shadows and trapping the mist. Summary: all pokemon must stay above, on, or in the lake. Lily pads will collapse if there is more than 110 pounds on it. Weather moves will fail. Dig/Earthquake is alright

Horsea will have Expert Belt, Poliwag will have Life Orb.

Ok, unfortunately we foolishly put ourselves in an arena which disallow's weather (why'd I do that?), but oh well. I'll start of by having both Pokemon use Surf. Horsea can then Signal Beam Voodoll twice while Togepi faces a double Psychic from Poliwag.

karma starts the match by cautiously protecting himself, while both nu and kappa launch surf attacks without caring who they hit; kappa manages to hit revelry critically. revelry sweetly kisses nu, severely confusing him.

nu shrugs off the confusion to blast revelry's mind with psychic powers, then he gets thunder waved by karma. kappa fires a signal beam at karma, doing huge damage thanks to another critical hit. revelry maintains her supporting role by flinging some toxic poisons at nu.

karma sends out a pulse of dark energy at kappa, making her flinch. revelry toxics kappa too, and nu hurts himself in confusion.

Ok, not the best of rounds, but we can still salvage this somewhat.

Karma
Taunt Poliwag ~ Dark Pulse Horsea ~ Dark Pulse Horsea
IF Signal Beam use Protect then continue with remaining actions.

Revelry
Yawn Horsea ~ Morning Sun ~ Ancient Power Horsea
IF Surf is used by either use Protect but not twice in a row and continue with remaining actions.

Poliwag, use Body Slam on Togepi while Kappa beats it to the punch with Rest.
Poliwag, use Surf to prevent Togepi's recovery (it'll protect) while Kappa uses Sleep Talk with the following actions: Surf, Hydro Pump, Brine, Bubblebeam (all directed at Voodoll).
Horsea, Sleep Talk again with the same moves but against Togepi this time. Poliwag, Psychic Togepi. If Togepi is KOd, use Surf instead.

karma starts off by taunting nu, while kappa goes to sleep for a bit of a rest. revelry yawns at kappa, but she's already asleep anyway; nu then body slams her.

revelry must've sensed something and protects herself while her partner dark pulses the sleeping kappa. kappa seems to be talking in her sleep and she manages to shoot out a devastating hydro pump somehow. nu whips up a tidal wave and surfs down it for some damage, but it doesn't break revelry's protection.

karma dark pulses again, maybe hoping for a flinch, but has no such luck; kappa's sleep talking makes her shoot out a bubblebeam at revelry this time. she retaliates with ancientpower and then takes a mental psychic assault from nu.

karma lives up to his namesake and pain splits kappa, healing himself and harming the seahorse. kappa angrily spurts brine at him, but the recent healing means he isn't hurt badly by it. revelry uses the morning sun to heal some hp, and nu assaults her mind with a psychic attack.

karma fires a dark pulse at kappa, and she retaliates with another brine; this one's nailed him for better damage. revelry heals more thanks to the morning sun, and nu nails her with another psychic.

karma pain splits but this time with nu, healing some more health; it's not enough to evade the increased damage from kappa's next brine, however. revelry yawns at nu, and he attacks her mind with a psychic yet again.

Ok, both of you start with Surf. This should hit both enemies and heal Poliwag a little.
Horsea should then use Brine, hitting Voodoll or Togepi if it still lives. Poliwag will fall asleep, which is unfortunate, but if you manage to attack somehow you should Bubblebeam, priority: Togepi -> Voodoll
Horsea, you're getting low on energy so chill. Poliwag if you're somehow both awake and alive you should Bubblebeam again, priority as before.
