Type: Psychic
Psychic: Psychic STAB; less susceptible to blinding, more susceptible to sound-based assaults as far as locking on with Psychic attacks, can lift and throw opponents with Psychic attacks regardless of weight difference. Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.

Abilities:

Round 1 Begin

We have one hell of a match here today at Unown Soup. The area has been commonly frequented as of late, and we have yet another battle here. Our competitors today are Leethoof and SimonSays; neither is a big name, but that doesn't mean that this won't be an excellent match. Leethoof sends out a Sudowoodo, equipped with an EXP Share; SimonSays brings an Umb... no, an Espeon. Yes, an Espeon! It carries an Amulet Coin.

Espeon opens up the battle with an underhanded Tickle to Leethoof's Sudowoodo; its physical abilities will certainly be hindered after this. Sudowoodo responds by drawing an Unown out of the soup, which appears to be a T - Sudowoodo is attempting a Taunt attack! However, a green field envelopes Espeon, sending the Taunt back at Sudowoodo. This is certainly bad for Leethoof, but it's still anyone's game.

Espeon once again takes initiative, drawing an Unown out of the soup. This appears to be Unown S: Soak! Sudowoodo must sure be mad - if it weren't already Taunted, it would be by now! Perhaps Sudowoodo's new Water-typing could be a cause for strategic maneuvers later.... At any rate, Sudowoodo appears to be trying to spout some profanity! Nope, not profanity, but Curse. Sadly, it appears that the Taunt is stopping that. Sudowoodo Struggles to be effective this round, but fails miserably...

Sudowoodo steals the opening move in the final action, launching a Sucker Punch at Espeon's kidneys. Regardless of its apparent Dark-typing and Sudowoodo's earlier Tickling, that sure did a ton of damage. Espeon retaliates by attacking for the first time with Trump Card. It's not fazing Sudowoodo, though... perhaps SimonSays plans to use further Trump Cards later? We'll see next round.

Round 2 Begin

Espeon and Sudowoodo square off once again at the beginning of the second round, eager to put a dent into each other. Sudowoodo opens by attempting to draw up Unown P for Protect, but it's still Taunted! Misplays like this may well cost Leethoof the match! Espeon eagerly takes advantage of the opening with Unown P for Psystrike, dealing intense damage to Sudowoodo and nearly knocking it off the platform. Sudowoodo rushes back at Umbreon, only to be struck by...

Another Trump Card! This one hits significantly harder than the last, but certainly not hard enough to interrupt a Double-Edge from Sudowoodo. This is the hardest hit of the match thus far, and at no risk to Sudowoodo - that stubborn Rock Head retards all recoil bar from Struggling (which Sudowooodo seems to be doing an awful lot of...)

Espeon moves first once again, eagerly using its superior Speed. It launches a Confusion at the poor Sudowoodo, knocking it for a loop. It appears that Sudowoodo was dazed by the attack, but nothing major - it will surely snap out of that confusion soon enough. Sudowoodo draws his arm back, hoping for luck, and BAM! A Wood Hammer connects! Ah, if only Espeon were the Soaked one!

As the round comes to a close, Sudowoodo is feeling a lot better; its Atk and Def have been restored to their rightful values, and the Taunt is over. That last bit of Confusion seems menacing, but it's really nothing important. Now, it's SimonSays' turn to move in what this referee believes will be the ultimate round of this match...

Round 3 Begin

The final round in the duel between Leethoof and SimonSays is underway! Sudowoodo opens up the round with a bone-crushing Sucker Punch to Espeon's ribs - it certainly isn't feeling good after that blow! Espeon responds with a powerful Trump Card, dealing immense damage to Sudowoodo. However, Sudowoodo suddenly feels himself stiffen: he's a Rock-Type once more! That'll put a hole in the Trump Card strategy.

Espeon takes the initiative next, launching a Wish up into the air. Would Espeon remain conscious long enough for this to be a helpful factor? Sudowoodo isn't going to let it happen - a good ol' Double-Edge... and it's a knockout! The match is over! Leethoof is victorious!

The referee steps in, brandishing two flags to indicate the end of the battle.
