Arena: D&D Game Map ~ Training Arena

Description: A very vanilla territory in Dungeons and Dragons, containing trees, an open field, and a copious amount of water available. At the end of every round, Flamestrike (because he's a jerk) will come in and attack each Pokemon for 2d6+6 points of damage with his gigantic Greatsword. He has a +6 Attack Bonus and, for some reason, will always deal double damage if he rolls a natural 20. Each Pokemon's Armor Class is equal to 10+(Def Rank + Speed Rank (Capped at 8 - Def Rank)).

Example: Flamestrike attacks a Hasty Gengar in an attempt to hit it. Gengar's AC is 16 (10 + 1 (Def) + 5 (Spe)), and he rolls a 12. It hits - barely. You roll 2d6 and get 2 and 5: this results in a total of 13 DMG to Gengar.

Howdy folks! Apart from Smash needing his Kitsunoh updated stat-wise (Pillock), this somewhat unique battle will be set to a loving BGM. if you haven't started listening already, go do so (Pillock).

Molly wins initiative, and the Wizard Bat grabs onto her amulet, and starts a Protective chant (-7 EN). The barbarian Casper tries an intimidate check... but that chant gave him a natural 1, as the barbarian's Taunt basically calls Molly smarter than him (-10 EN). Fail.

Molly now takes out a ceremonial dagger with a magic hand, and cuts herself, siphoning her blood into a Substitute (20 Recoil / -18 EN). This spell works rather well, as it distracts Casper, making the barbarian sigh and Yawn at it (-7 EN).

The wizard's prep is complete, as Molly summons up incredible flames and casts a Fireball (Read: Heat Wave) at the barbarian's feet, for some quite painful damage (11 Damage / -7 EN). The Barbarian is aptly distracted though, as Casper tries a Meteor Mash on the Substitute (18 Damage / -6 EN). SUddenly, a warrior called Flamestrike pops up! He aims first at Molly, rolling a 3. Sensing a lack of luck vs the wizard, he makes a 5 foot step towards Casper, before rolling a 15 and slamming down on the black fox. Flame rolls a 1 then a 3... which tots up to 10 damage! Nasty!

Suddenly, Flamestrike appears again (Sneaky sonofabitch), and glares at Molly, smashing her with a beautiful roll of 19, rolling a 2 and a 4 on damage. Ouch, 12 damage to the skull. Flame seems pleased and backflips to strike... the ground next to Casper! A 9 isn't QUITE a hit.
