Only pokemon that haven't evolved are allowed

Arena: Abilities Testing Site
This is a specially constructed arena where all moves are allowed and the only catch is, well, that it tests abilities. When you send out a Pokemon, you may give it 3 abilities of your choosing (none of them have to be its actual abilities). The only restrictions on this are: 1) you can't choose an ability more than once over the ENTIRE match (e.g., Rattata gets Stench/Contrary/Wonder Guard, Pidgey cannot have any of those three abilities), 2) you can only choose one "really good" ability per Pokemon (Wonder Guard, Magic Guard, Multiscale, etc.), and 3) you may not give a Pokemon any ability combination that renders it immune to every attack type (e.g., you can give Tynamo Wonder Guard, but, if you do, you can't also give it Levitate).

Just remember that a pokemon has to be able to hit your pokemon with a move.

For example, I can't give a swampert wonder guard if my opponent doesn't have a grass move.

Abilities:
Rough Skin: (Innate) When struck with a contact attack, this Pokemon’s abrasive skin causes pain to the opponent, dealing 25% of the damage received to the opponent.
Sheer Force: (Can be Enabled) This Pokemon can energize all its attacks with secondary effect chances less than 100%. When Enabled, the Base Attack Power of every move with an effect chance less than 100% increases by two (2), but they will never have a secondary effect.
Mold Breaker (DW locked): (Innate) Whenever this Pokemon attacks, it emits an invisible, blindingly quick pulse preceding the attack that disables the opponents natural abilities (e.g. Levitators plummet towards the ground before Earthquake hits, Volt Absorb will not absorb electric attacks, Clear Body does not prevent stat-drops, etc).

Mountaineer: (Innate) This Pokemon is used to scaling and avoiding rocks. It can avoid damage from Stealth Rock when it switches in, and one Rock-type attack per round.
Technician (DW locked): (Innate) This Pokemon is more skilled at performing weaker moves, causing any of their attacks that normally deal 6 or below base damage to have their base damage multiplied by 1.5. (e.g. Aerial Ace goes from 6 to 9, Mach Punch goes from 4 to 6, etc.) The Energy Cost for a one-hit or two-hit attack is increased by one (1). Each hit in a multi-hit move is boosted by one (1) damage, and the Energy Cost for mutli-hit attacks is increased by two (2).

Round One Start!
The battle begins, and, as both pokes are sent out, they gain fearsome new traits! Dave the Druddigon, eying his ice-type foe with concern, develops a thick layer of blubber to insulate himself from the cold, and learns the ancient methods of priority and force. Syclar, noting Dave's physical attacks, sprouts barbs of pure iron, covered with toxic, paralyzing spores. She also seems to grow in size, intimidating the once-fearless Druddigon!

Taking initiative, Syclar dives underground, and is quickly followed by Dave. In accordance with their respective speed tiers, Syclar pops up first, looking around in confusion! Her Dig attack missed! The ground beneath her shakes, and Dave slams the poor insect with a powerful Dig attack!

Dave, thinking quickly, utilizes his new ability and quickly Taunts Syclar into a blind rage! The Syclar tries to Leer menacingly, but is too angry to act!

Still shaking with fury, Syclar burrows underground again! Dave quickly follows, and the arena is again emptied of battlers. Syclar surfaces with a roar, but her Dig misses again! Chuckling quietly to himself, Dave hammers the bewildered bug with another Dig! However, on impact, he seems to have inhaled some spores, and is paralyzed!

The first round draws to a close, and the opponents circle one another, awaiting orders. Who will win? Only time will tell.
