2 Day DQ for players, 3 for me (ref)
Arena: Leethoof's Unown Soup (1k Edition)
Unown Soup is a pretty cool arena. Grabbing 1 unown per round per pokemon to use any move in the game? Yeah, must have been a genius who came up with that. Not even that, the Unowns can't be reused, adding another level of strategy to the battle. But now, it looks like a special, more awesome-er version of Unowns have come to inhabit this brothy realm of brawling.

In Unown Soup: 1k Edition, everything is just like regular Unown Soup. Except now, all players gain a Super Unown in addition to their regular pokemon. Despite their name, Super Unowns are just like regular ones, but instead of having all hidden powers, they have all moves that begin with their respective letter. They cannot use regular unowns. Super Unowns are 1st come, 1st serve when sending out pokemon, and you state your unowns preferred nature upon sending it out. IF you need any clarification on how it works, VM me.

Nature: Timid (Multiples Base Speed by 1.15 and provides a 12% flat accuracy boost on all attacks. This accuracy boost is added to their Dodge Command chance; Subtracts One (1) Rank from Attack)

Type:
Grass: Grass STAB; Immunity to Leech Seed and Worry Seed. 50% reduction in status effect chance of oncoming "powder" attacks. More mobile in areas with strong natural light sources. Superior senses in tall grass and forest areas. Able to use Wrap and Bind without losing focus.
Poison: Poison STAB; immunity to Poison/Toxic, see and breath through smog/smokescreens/haze uninhibited. Able to use Wrap and Bind without losing focus. Superior senses in urban settings.

Abilities:
Natural Cure: (Innate) This Pokemon’s body has the ability to heal itself of status afflictions over time, it goes into effect six (6) actions after being inflicted with a status. In switch battles, this Pokemon heals all status effects when switched out.
Poison Point: (Can be Disabled) This Pokemon’s spikes/quills/thorns are coated in poison, and there is a 30% chance of poisoning any foe that uses a contact attack on this Pokemon. When disabled, all of this Pokemon's attacks that inflict regular poison will inflict Toxic poison (with the same chance of effect).
Technician (DW): (Innate) This Pokemon is more skilled at performing weaker moves, causing any of their attacks that normally have 6 or less Base Attack Power to have their Base Attack Power multiplied by 1.5. (e.g. Aerial Ace goes from 6 to 9, Mach Punch goes from 4 to 6, etc.) The Energy Cost for a one-hit or two-hit attack is increased by one (1). Each hit in a multi-hit move is boosted by one (1) Base Attack Power, and the Energy Cost for multi-hit attacks is increased by two (2). Because Technician is a multiplier on single hit moves, its effect is applied to Base Attack Power before any additive effects.

Nature: Mild (SpA: +1, Def: -1)
Type: Dark
Dark Type - Dark STAB; Immunity to all telepathic and telekinetic attacks, better performance in all darkened and especially twilight conditions. Can use any Dark-type attack regardless of Attraction.

Abilities:
Pressure - (Innate) This Pokemon’s presence fills the air with intense anxiety, and any damaging or status attack launched at this Pokemon costs the opposing Pokemon two (2) more energy to perform.
Super Luck - (Innate) This Pokemon’s natural skill increases its critical hit rate stage by 1 permanently, to a maximum of 5. Critical hit stages are 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 1/3, and 1/2.

A boost gained this way by an opponent's attack will be maintained at the end of each round. Self-targeted attacks do not maintain boosts.

Having survived a lot of punishment and hard battles to get to this point, Kingdra has learned fully the value of teammates. To this end, he has started to focus on support strategies instead of offense. He's already got offense all figured out, you see. He's still not the social type, but proximity with others is no longer an issue.

Rocky the Steelix and Orita-chan the Meganium

Steelix [Rocky] (Male)
Personality:
Rocky was originally not Silvan's pokemon, but owned by a young boy in Violet City who wanted a bellsprout, most likely for the bellsprout tower not far from his house. As an Onix, Rocky was very rude and self-confident in his actions, even so far as to not listen to Silvan in critical moments, often times hurting an ally or even hurting himself when taking actions into his own...well, lack of hands.When He evolved, Rocky realized the foolishness of his actions and became more laid back and mellow, and in battle became more observant. He waits for other's actions to happen and react occordingly with adamant resolve.

Meganium [Orita-chan] (Female)

Personality:
Orita-chan was Silvan's second pokemon, and first Starter pokemon. She has always had a positive disposition on everything, and the biggest mouth in terms of cheering her teammates on. When ever things seem to be looking down or the team is anything but happy, Orita-chan will give the most inspiring positivity speaches. Many gym battles in Johto and Hoenn were struggled through, but were pulled through because of Orita-chan's positive cheers.

Alright then, I'll start by sending out my Unown, I'll choose Unown S.

EDIT: Just saw DD's post, I'll take an Adamant nature.

I will elect Unown P. Wait, one at a time? Hmm. Yes, I will elect Unown P, with a Modest Nature.

Why did Orcinus send three Pokemon?

I dont see myself winning this battle, but Im here for the fun!

I TOO will choose an Unown, of the letter D, Jolly Nature!

Edit: this would be better :D

Using valuable exam time on this game because I love you all (read: don't attack me).

So yeah, I thought the 3 in brackets meant send 3 mons to the ref. -.- derp. Truncate whatever if you need to, sorry.

I will be starting off with Unown R, who will be jolly for this christmas season. I shall name it Rawr and it shall be my Rawr. Rawr.

Reflect-Rock Polish

He's forgetting about +Spe Dark Void!

He only stops me if he avoids it.

Why would they give Shadow Force a priority dodge...?

Basically, stuff happens as expected, with 0 hax. Any real flavor would be excessively confusing (it was, the first three times I wrote it). Don't worry, this will be reffed on time now.

Action 1:
-Lou's Unown uses Protect
-Maxim's magically dissappears
-Doran's wins the speed tie and uses Dark Void
-Orcinus's unfortunately takes a nap
-Maxim's comes back....to strike the protected Unown with Shadow Force

Action 2:
-Orcinus's Unown is napping
-Doran's shoots a Dark Pulse at Maxim's.
-Maxim uses Spore to make Lou's sleep for once action
-Lou's sleeps, unable to sing that deadly song of his

Lou= Protect (7 + 7 Energy)
Maxim= Shadow Force Lou (10 Energy) [(12 + 1.5) * 1.5 = 20 damage, BLOCKED]
Doran= Dark Void (10 Energy)
Orcinus= zzzzzz

Fun fact (since Lou seems to not know this and Leethoof took his word for it):

Shadow Force: The Pokemon glows with a menacing aura and uses the power of shadows to vanish from the physical world, evading all attacks. When it returns he Pokemon reappears close to its opponent and rams into the opponent a massive shadowy aura. The frightening energy bypasses Protect and Detect.

Attack Power: 12 | Accuracy: 100% | Energy Cost: 10 | Attack Type: Physical | Effect Chance: -- | Typing: Ghost | Priority: Evasive Action: 1, Hit: -1. | CT: Set

Thanks SDS! Fixed! Also, since I've got nothing else to do at 3 AM Christmas Morning, I'll ref this within the next couple hours.

Action 1:
-Orcinus's Unown decides to trololol Maxim with a Reflect
-DD's Unown D shoots a D-Pulse at Maxim, which makes him sad
-Therefore, Maxim decides to Shift Gears and be faster than everyone.
-Lou has supreme confidence in his real pokemon, and is an evil Pay Day spammer.

Action 2:
-MAXIMS UNOWN TRANSFORMS INTO HO-OH AND GOES SACREDFIREY ON ORCINUs....but Reflect stops a lot of it, and no burn.
-DD's Unown then shoots an epic weak Dragonbreath at Maxim for some reason
-Orcinus starts this.
-I am disgusted with Lou's actions.
