Post ADV OU/BL Tier Changes Voting
A couple of weeks ago, I sent PMs to the most active, important, and solid ADV OU players requesting them to nominate lists of OU down to BL and BL up to OU pokemon to ultimately update the current tiers. I found this important because ADV OU is currently represented on our official ladder and in our official tournaments like The Smogon Tour and Smogon Premier League. This will also help out new and current ADV OU players in their understanding of the current metagame. Now it is time to vote on these nominations to finish updating the current tiers.

Qualified Voters

I had to resort to using our common voting system instead of potential lists because it was nearly impossible to create a few amount of lists. This is due to the amount of variation presented in the responses, meaning that I would end up with an unappealing cluster of lists, which I found unnecessary. As a result, you may vote each suspect either OU or BL and at the end I will calculate the percentages, which will determine the tiering of each suspect.

You may vote OU, BL, or Abstain for any of these Pokemon. Remember, if you are unsure about a Suspect's tiering, do not vote to Abstain, vote to leave said suspect in its current tier whether its OU or BL. Abstain is only an option for those who do not want to vote for a Suspect, for whatever reason. That is different from being uncertain where a Suspect should be tiered.

As you will notice, I put up for voting all the pokemon that were nominated with substantial evidence. I did this to avoid the need of further ADV tiering updates in the future and to minimize bias from my part at all costs. The pokemon that were nominated as suspects are the following:

EDIT: If anyone else wants to vote, please shoot me a PM saying why you should be allowed to vote.

EDIT 2: Remember if you are not sure if a pokemon should be moved down or up just vote to leave it in its current tier, and also remember when to abstain and when not to abstain as explained above.

EDIT 3: I edited in how you need to respond to the sample ballot. As you can notice I just did it in an arbitrary manner, so don't at any cost use the sample ballot as a guide for your voting. Only use the sample ballot as a simple example.

EDIT 4: If you voted a different way before I edited in the example, don't worry I'll try to figure it out or ask you personally afterwards.
