The round begins as Hot Potato uses Sunny Day. Bejeweled reaches out with its shell and grabs Unown R, using it to use Reflect Type! The next action, Hot Potato unleashes a Solarbeam, which only does 8.58 Damage, thanks to Reflect Type! Bejeweled tries its luck with Confuse Ray, but Hot Potato's Leaf Guard activates! Then Hot Potato fires another Solarbeam, to do the same damage as Bejeweled retaliates with an Ice Beam!

At this point, SubwayJ is at an advantage, both Energy and HP-wise. Can Pwnemon turn this around?

please don't take this post personal ok?

First of all, in ASB, sunny day lasts for four rounds instead of five actions. Furthermore, Reflect Type only lasts six actions. Leaf Guard would prevent any status effects including confusion, which means my second attack would have hit, dealing the same damage as the first but with four more en cost. You also forgot to ref Ice Beam, which would deal [10+(5*1.5+3*1-1*1.5)] = 19 dmg (holy shit) as i got a crit roll of 1354/10000. It can't freeze.

Lastly, as calculations are often hard to follow to the end and find the status of your mons, it is customary to post a round end summary. I've done this one:

This round begins with Hot Potato grabbing Unown F and using it to unleash a Fake Out on Bejeweled, but it cost more Energy than it did damage. Bejeweled flinches from the Fake Out. The next action, Hot Potato unleashes an all-consuming Fire Blast, which severely damages Bejeweled, who sets up an Aqua Ring in response, recovering its HP in the process. The next action, Hot Potato chills, regaining Energy, while it is hit with a Brine, which still does a significant amount of damage, though it is not STAB. The round ends with Hot Potato at an advantage, but only by 3 Energy and 1 HP. It is anyone's game now.

Brine was calculated wrong:

you should subtract 3 damage from the total because of the intense sunlight, and another 2 because after stage five, stat boosts only give a point in the specified stat, instead of a point and a half, which would subtract 1.5 points from the total and make it 16. then the sun reduction means brine only dealt 13 damage, leaving me at 58 total instead.

if protective/evasive attack used a1, replace Giga Drain combo with growth and pushback.
If protective/evasive attack used a3, replace with Chill
 
According to my calcs... I win

Okay, 1st YOUR SUBS ARE ILLEGAL, you may make the subs for either protective OR evasive moves BUT NOT BOTH!!!! (so basically I can use evasive agility and you STILL use Super Giga Drain)

Also due to the new rules in the Implementation Thread I MAY use a Combo on the last turn and suffer Cooldown on the next turn.

So I use Unown A (Agility, Evasive)-Ice Beam- Brine+Brine

According to your previous calcs Ice Beam Does 19 Dmg
And Super Brine does... (13*2.25)+3stab-3sun+10.5Spa bonus-1.5spd bonus
29.25+(10.5-1.5)
29.25+9
38.25

We then add the 19
38.25+19=57.25
Which rounded is 58 which according to Pwnemon is exactly how much HP is left!

Well I'm fine with that however they should make this much more clear

For each of their Pokemon, a Player acting first may create a Substitution based on one or more specific Attack or Command the opponent can issue and Substitute their called Actions. This conditional can only be triggered by one of the opponent's Actions, however it may apply to multiple consecutive Actions for the trainer's Pokemon in that round. Battlers may also use "Substitution Classes" to have the same effect but cover a wider breadth of moves:
