Pokemon with Cloud Nine will not suffer any negative effects of weather, but will benefit from all positive effects. Sunny Day and Rain Dance do not increase the damage of attacks against them, or decrease the damage of their attacks. They suffer no damage in Hail and Sandstorm. Their SolarBeam will retain its BAP in Hail, Rain Dance, and Sandstorm, while the charge is still removed under Sunny Day. Thick Fat: Type: Innate This Pokemon has a great deal of extra fat or muscle that increases its resistance to extreme heat or extreme cold, reducing the type effectiveness of Fire-and Ice-typed attacks to the next level of resistance (2x weak becomes neutral, neutral becomes resistance, etc.)
Scrappy: Type: Innate This Pokemon’s Normal and Fighting attacks carry a special signature that can damage Ghosts, even if they have phased out.
Sap Sipper(locked): Type: Innate This Pokemon lives on a steady diet of plants and has developed defenses to every Grass-type attack. So, interesting things I learned while refing this. First, while in general and attempts to use a move that you cannot after the first mean you struggle, the specific description of Disable states that any move used that round that it prevents will simply fail. Additionally, I learned that substitution type rules are stupid, as, not only is Protective/Evasive not legal due to being two different groups (and thus needing two separate substitutions), but even if it was legal, it wouldn't even cover Dig, as that is in the Damaging Evasive move class, which basically means this round was rather one sided.

So, having evaded damage last round, Hiss! starts off the same way, burrowing its way underground just before a scorching Fire Blast is able to make contact. Lucy was also trying to take down the cat, but with Hiss! safely underground, Lucy's mega Aqua Tail just hits air. And Moo takes this opportunity to lay down a smacking on Hex with a Body Slam.

Having avoided back to back attacks, Hiss! now starts taunting its foe, but that just makes Hex angry, and she finally makes contact with a sizzling Flamethrower. But as soon as the flames subside, the ground begins to crack as Moo creates a massive earthquake, shaking everyone on the field, and making Lucy's recovery a shaky one.

And... then we do action one again. Hiss! digs, Hex and Lucy miss, and Moo throws her weight around once again.​

Hiss! starts off the round by shooting a coin out at Hex. The coin looks pretty light, but as worn down as it is, Hex cannot take the blow and collapses to the ground. Numbers now on their side, Moo keeps up the pressure by Stomping down on Lucy, who flinches under the weight of Moo's foot.

Team Yarnus continues to pour on the damage, as Hiss! releases a powerful Thunderbolt and Moo Slams the duck with her body, paralyzing it. But Lucy is not going down easy and retaliates by swamping the field with a surf.

But it is all it can do to just stay alive as Hiss! continues to slash at it and Moo stomps down once more. Fortunately Lucy is able to pull through and slams back at Hiss! with a powerful Aqua Tail. But things are not looking good for the water Pokemon. Does it have any chance of a comeback?​
