Team In-Depth:

s_kyogre.png
ChoiceScarfSprite1.png

Kyogre @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)

- Surf
- Thunder
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power [Dark]

My anti-Kyogre lead. Also sets up rain for half my team. Timid nature so it automatically outspeeds other common Kyogre, Scarf Palkia, and probably a bunch of other stuff too. Surf is a here instead of Water Spout so it can be a better late-game sweeper, Thunder is also a given on Kyogre cuz of the rain, Ice Beam for Dragons, and Groudon too, and Hidden Power Dark is there to cover Psychics, and to prevent it from being walled by Shedinja (even though this seems unlikely, it has happened, lol).

dialga.png
rsitem164.png

Dialga @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 SDef
IVs: 30 SAtk
Careful nature (+SDef, -SAtk)

- Outrage
- Bulk Up
- Sleep Talk
- Rest

Dialga is My sleep absorber against the much abundant Darkrai, which apparently is very common in ubers now. He functions like a CM Cune in OU, but get Toxic immunity as a bonus. Outrage is the only attack move it needs after a few Bulk Ups + it gets STAB, Bulk Up is there to boost his abilities obviously, Sleep Talk & Rest for Recovery and longevity.

---
palkia.png
ChoiceScarfSprite1.png

Palkia @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 Atk/252 Spd/252 SAtk
IVs: 29 Atk/30 SDef
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)

- Spacial Rend
- Surf
- Thunder
- Flamethrower

Palkia with a scarf is GOLD. I love how its quick, and hits hard. It's the big sweeper on my team. Spacial Rend for STAB and coverage, Surf for STAB + extra power from rain, Thunder for coverage + the 30% paralysis rate activates for me about 70% of the time, and finally, I chose Flamethrower over Fire Blast because when facing foes with Pressure + a Recovery move, its PP depletes quickly, which i don't like. Flamethrower gets a good boost in the sun anyway =]

---
groudon.png
rsitem164.png

Groudon @ Leftovers
Ability: Drought
EVs: 252 HP/156 Atk/32 Def/8 Spd/60 SDef
IVs: 23 SAtk
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock

Here's where the twist comes in. "A Groudon on a Rain Team? Are you Crazy?" Well, the Groudon is here to absorb T-Waves from Blissey, and Thunder from others who are trying to use it against me when the rain is goin'. Earthquake is there for obvious reasons, Dragon Claw covers Palkia, the Latis, Giratinas, Rayquaza, and those random Garchomps in Ubers, Toxic ruins Lugia, Darkrai, Shedinja, and others, finally, Stealth Rock is here to ruin Focus Sashers like Deoxys-A, and Darkrai, the residual damage is a + too =]

deoxys-fr.png
life-orb.png

Deoxys-f @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 Atk/252 Spd/252 SAtk
IVs: 30 Def
Hasty nature (+Spd, -Def)

- Superpower
- Thunder
- Ice Beam
- Shadow Ball

Here's my new Deoxys, i just based it off the first entry from smogon, here's there LONG quote:
"Deoxys-A is a monstrous mixed sweeper. One should cower in fear staring at its undefeated 180 base offenses and lightning-fast base 150 Speed. To top that, it packs a fantastic movepool which can be strung together to create an assassin your opponents will never want to face again.
When one desires to do that, he or she will be best with this set. Deoxys-A can tear a massive hole in the opponent’s team with these four moves. Ice Beam has the ability to score a super effective hit against titans such as Groudon and Rayquaza, while Thunder works hand in hand with Ice Beam to provide coverage against those who resist it. Thunder leaves a massive dent in both Ho-oh and Kyogre, and the 30% chance of paralysis is always welcome. Thunderbolt is not recommended as it has a high chance of not 2HKOing Metagross. Shadow Ball allows Deoxys-A to severely injure opposing Mewtwo, Mew, Deoxys-D, and Ghost Arceus, and Superpower ensures that Deoxys-A is not stopped cold by defensive freaks such as Blissey and Dialga. Hidden Power Fire is an alternative option over Shadow Ball, as Metagross and Scizor do not like switching into it in case one decides to turn the weather sunny to decrease Thunder's accuracy.
When these four moves are strung together, nothing in the game has the ability to safely switch into this. Anything aside from Arceus is OHKOed or 2HKOed with ease. However, to balance out its power, Deoxys-A is created with defenses that are comparable to Carvanha’s, meaning that a light hit from anything can knock it out. Due to its Psychic typing and those horrid defenses, Deoxys-A dies to Pursuit more easily than pretty much anything else in the game, meaning that if Metagross, Scizor, or Spiritomb manage to survive Deoxys-A’s moves, prepare to die in a horrible, grueling death. Deoxys-A’s horrible defenses also mean that it is vulnerable to high priority attacks such as Bullet Punch and ExtremeSpeed, as they’ll move before Deoxys-A and dealing a lethal blow before Deoxys-A can even take a pause to breathe.
Due to its incredible offenses, Deoxys-A wants to have all the Speed it can get so it ties at worst with other Deoxys-A (unless they have ExtremeSpeed). A Naive or Hasty Deoxys-A with 252 Speed EVs outspeeds anything Choice Scarfed up to base 95 Speed, assuming that they are not using a speed boosting nature. To boost its killing power, it is recommended that one dump the rest of the EVs into Special Attack, with the 6 EV remainder into Attack. While the EV spread looks very generic for a mixed sweeper, Deoxys-A’s Attack stat is so massive that it OHKOes Blissey with Superpower anyways. Additional investment in Attack to deal with Dialga is a bad idea, as even with max Attack a KO is not certain against max HP/min Def Dialga.
Do not be tempted to use Ice Punch on this set. While it does hit Latias harder, it does not do much against Groudon, Giratina, and Lugia. If Deoxys-A attempts to cover all three by using Grass Knot and Shadow Ball, it ends up getting walled by Metagross and Ho-oh. Ice Beam does a respectable amount of damage to Latias already and even though Ice Punch does more damage, it won't OHKO." I guess I dont need help on this one now =] please post ur opinions on him, as I wanna here what the public has to say.

lugia.png
rsitem164.png

Lugia @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/68 Def/188 Spd
IVs: 17 Atk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)

- Thunder
- Ice Beam
- Calm Mind
- Roost

When I saw the Special Attacker set for Lugia on Smogon, I found a way to improve its defensive capabilities, and still keep it fast. First I made it Bold instead of Timid, and instead of Smogon's 80 Defense, I made it 68, and the 176 Speed, I made that 188. This calculates to my Awsome Lugia =]. Thunder for paralysis support + coverage in the rain, Ice Beam for Dragons and Groudon again, Calm Mind for stat upping and increased Special Defense, and finally Roost for quick recovery and to lose its flying type and take less damage from slow Rock, Ice, and Electric attacks.

on kyogre i reccomend in the last slot a water move. shedinja is so uncommon its useless. water spout loses its effectiveness late game when kyogre is worn down so i reccomend hydro pump or surf. and on your choice bander, forget the name lol, i reccomend aqua tail for the stab and it gets powered up by rain.

well.

1.- Try using Surf with kyogre so you can do more damage. Seriously surf will help u more.

2.- In the last slot for dialga try using brick break just for coverage. I really dont like using a choice banded Dialga so if you want to change it you an add leftovers or even expert belt, i think its better.
If you do change the item well its very cool that u give him Stealth Rock instead of brick break to kill the emotion of sashed deoxys.

3.- Why not using Fire Blast instead of Flamethrower? I know the accuracy is a pain but the difference in power can be decisive in some situations.

4.- Dont use snatch. If you want to boost your own abilities then use Cosmic Power. There are a lot of better options than snatch like Avalanche which is very cool with something slow as Deoxys-D.

5.- Cool Lugia. Not much to change with these comment but Roost doesnt remove ur Ghost and Dark weakness xD

You have way to many choice pokes which will make it difficult to sweep. I suggest running a mix set on palkia or use a kingdra instead of one of your walls to really abuse the rain.

Lugia needs 252 HP / 248 Speed / 8 Def in order to outspeed Jolly Rayquaza. Otherwise, you don't have something that can swap safely into a Rayquaza that will either DD or Outrage.

Replace Aqua Tail with Fire Blast on Palkia. It is powered up by your Groudon's Drought. Aqua Tail would only be used for Blissey and only in the Rain. Groudon (immune to paralysis), Dialga (Toxic absorber) and Deoxys-d already have Blissey well covered. Change the nature from Mild to Timid then. Timid > Modest to outspeed Scarf Kyogre and Dialga, Rayquaza after a DD and tie with other Scarf Palkia (all of these usually run speed boosting natures).

As Dialga and Groudon already cover Blissey, Deoxys-D is not needed. If you want a defensive pokemon, have Blissey. Lugia is your physical wall, Blissey can be your special wall. Have 252 Def / 252 SDef / 4 HP, Aromatherapy, Thunderwave, Softboiled and Seismic Toss. Aromatherapy and Softboiled's use is obvious, Seismic Toss instead of Thunder, Ice Beam and Flamethrower is so that Blissey can beat most special threats, including Lati@s, Dialga and Palkia without physical attacks (and I have beaten Mixed Attacker Palkias with this set thanks to Thunderwave paralysis). This is much more difficult if Toxic is chosen over Thunderwave.

Groudon is not the best sleep absorber. Dialga is thanks to resistance to Dark Pulse. Dialga should be Bulk Up Dialga, making full use of Outrage. (The set is well known - Careful 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Atk - Bulk Up, Outrage, Rest and Sleep Talk).

Water Spout > HP Dark on Kyorge. HP Dark does less damage than a super effective Surf even if Kyogre didn't have Drizzle. Water Spout's amazing power is far too hard to give up. Shedninja will die from SR anyways.

Groudon should be a supporting Groudon, and be the SR user of the team. Have Toxic, Stealth Rock, Earthquake and Dragon Claw, Leftovers and 252 HP / 156 Atk / 32 Def / 60 SDef / 8 Speed. Toxic > Thunderwave as Blissey already has paralysis, and Groudon can smash Dialga, the most common pokemon in Ubers who is immune to Poison. As well, if Shedninja somehow gets past SR, Toxic will get past its Focus Sash, while Fire Punch won't on the first hit. Earthquake + Dragon Claw gives better type coverage than Earthquake + Fire Punch, and this means that Substitute Latias cannot wall it. Look at http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/groudon to understand why I chose those EVs.

You should also tell people in your title that your team is an Uber Teams. Put "(Ubers)" at the end of your title or something. I just thought this was an OU Rain Team when I saw the title amongst the other RMTs.
