I noticed that many, if not all tournaments involve constraints on what Pokemon can and can't be used. So an idea popped into my head. Why not a tournament based on item restriction? Thats when this idea was born.

Tournament Rules

The Item Restriction Tournament
=====================================
In each round of this tournament, a list of item restrictions will be posted, which will give a list of 4ish-6 items that must be used. "Open" means that there are no restrictions placed on that item.
Example:
Item 1: Leftovers
Item 2: Leftovers
Item 3: Life Orb
Item 4: Life Orb
Item 5: Choice Scarf
Item 6: Open
Another possibility is that 2-3ish items will be required, while the general limits on other items are given.
Example:
Item 1: Leftovers
Item 2: Expert Belt
No more than one Life Orb.
At least two Choice-users.
The order of the items doesn't matter. For example, if either of the either of the examples were the posted restrictions, Leftovers does't have to be used on your lead.
