As far as Ubers goes, the first set won't beat much aside from Forry. The level 1 Trick Room lead is probably his best set seeing as it can beat a few leads and Trick Room is even more powerful in Ubers with its huge focus on speed due to small speed tiers. Spider Web should be removed from the last set as trap-passing isn't even possible in Gen 5. With the powerhouses in Ubers you'd be better off running focus sash on it too and ensuring hazards are spun/never put up.

I also checked, by the time Smeargle has enough Speed (maxed) on its Endeavor set to outpace 0 IV/Sassy Forry/Nattorei to beat a Lum lead it has over 40 HP and can no longer synergize with dragon rage. Thankfully Custap Forry is more common and Endeavor alone makes them useless because they don't have reliable recovery and lose out significantly on walling ability.

As far as I know, you can't Baton Pass trapping moves in gen 5, so Spider web on your passing set isn't that useful.

You can Baton Pass trapping moves in Generation 5.

Smeargle is outclassed in every way but two ways in Ubers:

1) Belly Drum passing - In passing everything else, use Mew instead
2) Lvl 1 Endeavor

I don't know if its actually outclassed this gen due to the variety of new boosting moves available to Smeargle that Mew just doesn't get. Having access to a 100% accurate sleep move while your setting up is always nice. And of course theres the gimmick set of Submersion and rapid spin allowing you to change the ghost type to water then rapid spin as its the only pokemon who has access to both these moves.
