I think this team is pretty good and I decided to retire it. I used this team in many battles and it works quite well. I'm still kind iffy about using this entire team with these Pokemon, as you can see i'm thinking about changing some things. So the most help as possible is apperciated.

Heatran (M) @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP/200 Spd/56 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Flamethrower
- Stealth Rock
- Rest
- Earth Power

This set was suggested by undisputed. It helps take on Forretress, Skarmory, Azelf, Uixe, Mesprit, Zapdos, Jirachi, and Roserade much better thanks to the added bulk. This Heatran preforms just as well as a lead as it does later game. It is one of my best members because it can easily beat a large amount of the metagame. Since my team is more offencive Heatran absorbs most Draco Meteors now with much more confidense. Stealth Rock is no doubt important to a team like this, so it's presence is even more greatly appreciated. Rest is mainly used when i'm low on health or need a status removed.

Roserade (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP/122 Def/136 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Grass Knot
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Leech Seed
- Spikes

Roserade is the Spiker / starmie counter of the team. It also takes on Bulky waters really well. Leech Seed works great because it can lure in and drain enemy Heatran of their health fast. Hidden Power fire helps hit Metagross, Lucario, Scizor, and Jirachi on the switch. Bad thing is i'm really considering venusaur or Shaymin or even Celebi over Roserade. However, as of now I think i'll keep Roserade because it can set up Spikes which aids in wearing enemy teams down. The EVs are quite standard, so theres not much new here.

Milotic (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Marvel Scale
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Haze
- Surf
- Recover

Milo is a great Pokemon. Between being a great Gyardos check it also is a great set-up stopper. Recover is a great move to on a bulky water like this. Milotic is often overshadowed by Vaporeon and Suicune, but it serves a great spot here too. Ice Beam hits Pokes like Breloom, Celebi, Shaymin, Flygon, and Dragonite on the switch. Milotic is a great Pokemon none the less. With a pretty powerful STAB Surf to back it up too. Milotic was probubly the hardest bulky water to choose. Suicune and Vaporeon were pretty big options. However Milotic stopped Gyarados and had better defence and SDEF than Vaporeon could ever have. Suicune was good but I didn't like it that it didn't have self recovery. Starmie is also a pretty resonable option because of it's good speed and acess to Rapid Spin. Of course I could replace it. But as of now I think i'll keep Milotic.

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP/32 Spd/224 SDef
Careful nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Wish
- Body Slam
- Iron Head
- Fire Punch

Well, Kevin talked to me on Shoddy and stared helping me with balance and some other stuff. While he was saying it got me thinking. I figured Jirachi should fit because of Starmie and Gengar and Ttar weaknesses. He reccomended the SDEF set. It beats Starmie and Gengar very easily while also being able to paralyze enemy faster Pokemon from Heatran to Flygon. It also has good synergy with Dragonite still. I really gotta thank KG for this though. Without his help, this team wouldn't be a little bit better. Anyway, Jirachi can also absorb LO Jolteon thanks to stalling it out with Wish and paralyzing it with Body Slam.

Jirachi is also a OK check to Scizor. Thanks to Fire Punch and its good HP it can survive a banded Superpower and strike back with Fire Punch. Iron Head helps with mega hax and weakening general Pokemon with hazards support.

Dragonite (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 116 Atk/192 Spd/200 SAtk
Rash nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
- Draco Meteor
- Fire Blast
- Roost
- Superpower

Who isn't using Dragonite these days? Anyway, Dragonite fires off powerful Draco Meteors which with Spikes do a whole lot more to enemy Pokemon. It also is an even better stall breaker than Salamence because Superpower can break through Blissy while Mence must use Outrage. Fire Blast hits stuff like Jirachi and Metagross hard. Roost helps heal me when I get hit with Stealth Rock and stuff. Dragonite is more important than ever thanks to stall becoming more and more popular. Since I dumped Lucario, I needed a bit more power than ever. So I play Dragonite alot more careful now. Roost is really good in this case.

Rotom-h @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Thunderbolt
- Overheat
- Trick

Ok.... I don't run Shadow Ball because I have to hit Lucario and Dragonite. Lucario is a huge threat and this is pretty much my best way to stop it. Anyway, Rotom is a back up check to things from DDTar to SD Luke. Trick and HP Ice are surprisingly the moves I use most. Lucario is mostly stopped my not letting it set up.... mostly. This is where i'd like some help. Feels like i'm overloading Rotom with all this. So maybe I could get some extra support from my team to help this guy. Nowadays it has alot less pressure on him. Once revenging is done, I usually Trick to screw something up. This is best because stall as stated previously, is getting more common.

SHOUTOUTs
Reverb for being an epic person and giving me thumbs up
Kevin Garrett For being equally as awsome and also tutoring Reverb and making him so great :D Also for helping me alot with this team!
Major Threat List
Tyranitar : I hate tyranitar. Probubly the biggest threat to the team. Rotoms only hope is to Trick it and maybe Milotic could survive stone edge, but otherwise i'm dead meat. I just need to stop it from setting up. Luckily, Jirachi turned a major threat into a less major threat
Gengar : Gengar is really annoying. Thank god Roserade can manage to break his Subs. Heatran can take a little of his crap too now.
Starmie : Pretty deadly. Roserade and Rotom can take it down, but sometimes it can do alot more than it should. Pretty dangerous if played right.........

Possible Changes
Possibly change Milotic to Suicune or Vaporeon?
Possibly change Roserade to Venusaur, Shaymin, or even Celebi? (Probubly Not)

Alright, this looks like a really solid team so there doesn't seem to be much at all left to change. In fact, the only suggestions I can currently think of to recommend would be a couple of moveset changes. First, Scarf Rotom is an excellent spinblocker, but using it as your primary revenge killer can leave you open to DD Tyranitar sweeps, especially during later stages of the game. Lucario's Bullet Punch does help somewhat, but be aware that Babiri Berry isn't that uncommon of an item on Tyranitar. Speaking of Bullet Punch, I would actually suggest replacing it with Extremespeed. While Bullet Punch does help with some things, Extremespeed is vital for taking out Pokemon that resist Steel such as Infernape or Starmie. Overall, this would net you many more KOs than using Bullet Punch would.

While there isn't really a way to fix that Tyranitar weakness without significantly altering your team, one way that you can help alleviate this problem would be to add Will-O-Wisp over Earth Power on Heatran. This will allow you to burn Tyranitar switch-ins, who frequently like to come in on Heatran. I feel that this change wouldn't damage Heatran's effectiveness much; Earth Power is really only useful for hitting other Heatran, who Milotic has well-covered.

Good luck!

Thanks! I'll try WoW over Earth Power like you said. Same with Extreme Speed. I'm still kinda iffy about Roserade though, but I think I should keep it. Thanks again!

Hi PDC,

This team, like you said, is really similar to "Team Viva La Vida", so I know that to be pretty solid already. The one thing I have to suggest is changing your Heatran to Chesto Rest Heatran. This Heatran is incredibly tough to kill on the Special side of the spectrum, and Heatran should really be used as a offensive Shuca lead or a bulky supporter. LO Lead is alright, but in a metagame with Machamp leads dwindling, and Swampert being incredibly uncommon, it's kind of lost it's luster. Here is the Chesto Rest Heatran set I suggested:

Heatran (M) @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP/200 Spd/56 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Flamethrower
- Stealth Rock
- Rest
- Earth Power

Good luck with your team!

I'll try that out. That should help me with my Zapdos / Jirachi fears. It also is a better check to things like SD Scizor. Thanks!

If you change Lucario to Jirachi you will be able to cover your major threats better. The Specially Defensive set would cover most of your bases. You could also use a Wish Calm Mind set, but I think you could potentially have problems with LO Gengar and Starmie should you not have a boost when they come in.

Yeah, I think i'll use Jirachi. Specially defencive. I might try CM out for the sake of still beating stall.

Hi,

Haha.. You're definitely correct about your Starmie weakness.

If you change Lucario to Jirachi you will be able to cover your major threats better. The Specially Defensive set would cover most of your bases. You could also use a Wish Calm Mind set, but I think you could potentially have problems with LO Gengar and Starmie should you not have a boost when they come in.

I strongly agree with him, especially when you get a boost with Luke, Starmie is no longer a threat. Rotom is 2HKO'd by Hydro Pump and so is Jirachi with Stealth Rock damage. You might get a parahax with Body Slam if it's your day. :D

You could also change Jirachi into a ScarfRachi. ScarfRachi revenges like a beast.

Jirachi@Choice Scarf
Ability: Serene Grace
EV: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Nature: Jolly Nature
- Iron Head
- Fire Punch
- Ice Punch
- Thunder Punch

Elemental punches FTW!! So yeah, in exchange of healing, you'll revenge kill a wide variety of pokemons, including Starmie, Gengar and Ttar. Fire punch solves your Scizor, Luke and steel problems, Ice Punch is obvioulsy for Dragons, Thunderpunch for bulky water's, Gyarados and Vaporeon, and Iron Head for STAB and annoyance. :D And Gengar's Focus Blast won't even kill you.

That's all shit I have! Good Luck!!

I agree with using a Choice Scarf Jirachi, as that would help against your Tyranitar weakness.

Your Rotom picture for Rotom-h is misleading. Lol.

If Tyranitar came in and raped your Rotom-h, then a Taunt Gyarados would screw over your team. This is situational, and Taunt on a Gyarados is not all that common, but it could happen. Gyarados can taunt your Milotic to stop it from Hazing, and Ice Beam won't be doing much damage in return. Without Rotom-h, Gyarados with Stone Edge or Bounce would kill off the rest of your team.

Again, Choice Scarf Jirachi could help you get rid of Gyarados by OHKOing it with ThunderPunch.
