The First Smogon Doubles Tournament [signups]

• Single Elimination Format
• All matches are to be played on Pokemon Online
• Self-KO Clause is on. If a player uses Explosion or Selfdestruct in a 1-1 situation, the player that used the move loses.
• Evasion Clause
• This is a 6v6 match. Not 4v4, 6v6.
• OHKO Clause
• Sleep Clause
• Timed Battle
• This is a generation 4 tournament.
• You must be playing in a 2v2 format (double battle)

Signups:

This tourney will be 64 or 128 participants depending on signups. First Come First Serve for the first 62.5% of the players, then the rest of the players will be randomized. Signups will last 48 hours. Subs will be picked by me, so don't hesitate to sign up even if you are rather late.

Please please remove the freeze clause though. It's no longer a standard clause and doubles should not be treated differently.

Additionally, it would be vastly easier to test teams if you used the standard 4th gen doubles ubers list (the one used by the PO server ladder), quite a few of the Pokemon found to be Uber in singles are manageable (Salamence) or entirely nonthreatening (Wobbuffet) in doubles, and none of the Pokemon allowed on that ladder has shown themselves to be particularly problematic.
