UU Tournament - Round 4

How to Join and Host a Tournament
UU Tournament - Registration
UU Tournament - Round 1
UU Tournament - Round 2
UU Tournament - Round 3

Rules:
-These battles will take place on Pokemon Online or CAP server on Shoddy Battle
-You are absolutely not allowed to use any Pokemon in BL, OU, and Ubers
-If a Pokemon does move tiers, the following round will follow the tier change
-You are not allowed to join if you are ICBB status or you are banned from joining tournaments (I will check to make sure)

-Sleep Clause
-Evasion Clause
-Freeze Clause
-Species Clause
-Timed Battle
-Self KO Clause

Edit: Still no luck getting this done. We have a 8 hour time zone difference, and when ever he is on, i am sleeping so this is going to be hard.
